The Arnold location is run very poorly and inappropriately. It’s dirty 90% of the time, restrooms are disgusting and always out of soap(how are employees washing their before returning to work), employees are fully clothed sitting in the sink full of water that is meant to wash the dishes. If I could give this place no stars I would. Horribly run and terrible customer service!
Morgan was my server and was absolutely amazing! They were very nice and always made sure everyone was content. We will definitely be going back! :)
Morgan was the best server in the whole entire world. He helped me so much and explained every single item to me. I had the best food ever. :)
The food is horrible and has no favor. Fried rice had no seasoning. A waste of my money. Food being out in the middle of the day. Employees rude as can be
I understand the issues with workers, supplies, ect.. but if you are going to have a restaurant opened on a Sunday at 5pm and have NO FOOD to offer than close down!! Literally called before driving the 30min and was reassured there was “food” Available, and get there to 8-9 empty tubs. I mean what is the reason to remain open???
I always try to leave reviews for exceptional service, the server Morgan was SO exceptional. She was so enthusiastic that the entire experience was awesome. (I just wish they hadn’t run out of soy sauce. :D)
Worse place EVER!! This is their employee in their sink where they wash dishes. Ran by nothing but teenagers who dont care and are lazy. Food is horrible, dry and old. Worse customer service. This place needs shut down.!

Y'all need to get it together. There is a note on the door of this place literally every single time that I come here saying that they're out of utensils or they aren't opening until 1:00 p.m. or they're closed for the rest of the day or they don't have any bourbon chicken or there's a 45 minute wait on some bourbon sauce. This is legit the worst ran establishment I have ever come across in my entire life. Like........ you do one thing. Make over processed Americanized fast food Chinese food. How hard can that be? Get it right or get out of town.
Such great service!! Jessii was really the best! She was an amazing sever and a great person! Will be coming back !
