I was at your restaurant at about 11:00pm on05:26:22. I ordered two triple cheese, medium fries, and a four piece McNugget.I asked that the burgers could be cooked fresh. I only live a few minutes from your store. When I got home I opened the burgers and that they were not cooked fresh. The meat was all dried up as were the buns. They were not even warm. You could tell the the wrapper had been tampered with. As I’m being opened then re-wrapped. The chicken nuggets were also cold. The only thing hot was the fries.I wanted the burgers cooked fresh because this is not the first this has happened at your store. So I started ordering them to be cooked fresh.I guess it does not matter how I order them.
1:15 am and the place is raking in the money. At least one fast food likes making money still by being there for their customers. The McDonald's on Bayless sure doesn't care about making money they let a full line of cars way passed the order box just sit there for 45 minutes before I went and knocked on the window for 5 minutes and No one even had the decency to come out their hiding spot and let people know they quit. However this business is running decently even if the wait is long.
I keep going back because of pregnancy cravings, but every single time my food is wrong. Doesn’t matter what I order it’s always wrong.
NO CHEESE PLEASE I have been repeatedly disappointed by not getting what I order.
This place never surprises me. Too many times of being pulled forward. Food is incorrect. Call and they say be right out. Then never come out. Ten minutes later you finally just leave cause after calling back again they want to act like the first conversation never happened.Then you get home only to find out the other part of your food is wrong completely.What a waste of $34.
Tuesday 3-29-22 4:15 p.m.My wait time was 5 minutes to order (at the speaker) and 20 waiting on food AND drinks ( 2 Happy's meals and a Quarter cheese with fries/water) to be brought out to me. A total of 7 vehicles waiting! This is BAD MANAGEMENT! Especially considering that the 2 vehicles already waiting when I drove up, received their bags the same time as mine. I did not even have a large or unusual order. The ONLY reason I stayed was because I had paid and had children in the vehicle! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and DISRESPECTFUL of your customers.
The slowest mcdonalds drive thru i have been in a long time. They had more staff than my home town mcdonalds and went 4 times slower, have a movie ready while in the drive thru line.
Man let me tell ya I waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes for a mobile order just to get cold food. What the point of mobile ordering if it’s gonna be cold just wait to order at the line and make the other people wait longer i guess at least you’ll get hot food this way
Fries are always less than hot and lately buns are not what I would consider fresh . I know it's just a fast food restaurant but let's get back to be the best of the drive thru fast food stops .
The lines get pretty long as most popular fast food places do, but it goes by at a decent speed. Good place to go if you want to get some food and leave.
