The new rewards app McDonald’s has is excellent. You save money and earn something free almost every time you order there. We have a family of 8 so this might not be the case for everyone. This particular store is awesome my kids love McDonald’s.
I don't know why, but they RARELY get my order correct. I order on the app and pickup curbside, and they nearly always get items wrong or simply forget them altogether. Contacting them doesn't help, as they don't reach out to fix the problem.
3 people in line and half my order was missing pay more attention. Do better. The people at the second window are always so rude. They just had you your food and stare at you. You say thanks have a good day and they just look at you. I know it's not a fun job but if you can't at least pretend to be respectful quit and find somewhere else to work I didn't make you work there you chose to at least make an attempt to be a decent human.
Well, when they actually COOK the food, then they can't seem to count. I'm not sure why the insist upon serving every burger I order from them as rare and mooing but they do. I've attempted 5 orders, 3 were rare, and 2 weren't doubles despite being in a box that said double and a sticker that said double.I'm done. We will no longer order from here or DoorDash McDonald's again. You may think you are only stopping the doordashers but you are going to lose your customers too.
Ordered, paid then had to wait 13 minutes for one quarter pounder and medium fries. Beyond ridiculous and just that cost $9. NEVER AGAIN
Would give ZERO STARS if allowed. Absolutely the most unprofessional establishment I've ever visited. An employee yelled at me multiple times after my inquiry to cancel an online order, and then proceeded to laugh and hang up on me when I asked for her name. The order had processed so there was Absolutely no way for me to cancel it online. I had to leave due to my kids in the car, and simply wished to cancel the order. I had no complaints on wait time. Simply could no longer wait for the food. I will never return here, and have written in to the corporate office as well. Disgusting.
This McDonald's isn't open to much. Everything I go there it is closed,but this time it was open. The team that helped me out that time was amazing. Thank you
TBH I wouldn't recommend eating McDonald's. Look at how overweight most Americans are. I was diagnosed with diverticulitis and when I cut McDonald's out of my diet I could almost instantly tell a difference in my intestinal health. Just food for thought. I can understand needing to survive and McDonald's is rather cheap.
Food was good, but the service was poor. The guy who took our order just wouldn't listen and kept getting it wrong. So we ended up with an order we didn't ask for. Other staff were pleasant.
Ordered on the mobile app and it says the food isn't made til you check in. Pretty sure my food was made prior and had been sitting there a while.
