We had McAlister’s cater my daughter’s birthday party on June 25th and I was blown away! They thought of every detail all the way down to an ice scoop, all of the condiments, etc. The food was phenomenal and the flavored teas with my daughters favorite color ribbons on them were spot on! The delivery driver was amazing and helped us set up and made sure everything was accounted for. Thank you for making the day extra special! You guys rock!
It's just ok. The staff is always nice and accommodating but they can't make up for what the corporate office decides to do. I really liked when they had a turkey, avocado and cranberry sandwich... it was really good and the butternut squash soup, yum (yes it was a fall menu a few yrs back)... I had it a few times and then they never brought it back... bummer to my fam.
I've never understood why this restaurant is so popular to some. They are way overpriced on their menu items in relation to the size of the sandwiches, soups/salads that you get. You can spend a small fortune on just 2 people and leave still feeling hungry. There are better restaurants in the area that give you a much better value for your money.

The staff working there was outstanding, the food was very good. Wish they would lower there prices, but understand why they can't.

I came to eat on Wednesday December 1st afternoon I had some trouble with my order taking a while I saw the manager walk by I asked for her help immediately she went to get the food preped and then came to find out my food was passed and really want to thank her for her great customer service . She quickly turn the tables and I like that kind of service I’m very impressed.
Great food and a nice atmosphere. I love the strawberry lemonade. So many tasty options I can't name them all. Ultimate nachos is a favorite.
