I called ahead and ordered 2 pizzas, stuffed crust meat lovers to be exact, I was told it would be ready for pick up in 7 mins...wrong, it took way longer than what was told ended up getting there 10 mins after ordering and still waited in store for another 15 mins for them to be ready. Other than the timing for such business to be known for their pizza being fast and ready, the quality and friendliness from staff were great and I'd give that 5stars.
Ordered online for a pickup at 4 o'clock, my husband showed up at 4:30 and it still wasn't done. We gave it extra time because last time we waited 45 minutes past pickup time. He had to wait an additional 30 minutes after he arrived there. Finally gets our food and comes home just to find that we never received the desserts we ordered. Tried to call and speak to someone the phone is either off the hook or isn't working. We live in Festus otherwise I would have gone up there to speak to a manager. I understand having a dinner rush but when people place an order they show up expecting it to be done after getting texts and emails saying its done. Its hard to support a business that doesn't seem to care about its customers.
Super fast service and great quality. I was very impressed with the staff! I'd give 5 stars if the appearance of the facility was better, and the waiting area was actually accommodating.
It was very busy but Ashley gathered our big order and was very friendly.
Daughter went in to order the Batman Calazone pizza.She said Batman pizza please.Gets home and regular pizza. They take it back and have to pay for another pizza.The man says you said Batman pizza not Batman Calazone.How many Batman pizzas do they have?Customer service is no more.
Super busy... long wait time, but delicious pizza at a great price!!
we ordered 2 pizzas garlic butter sauce soda and zesty bread got there was supposed to get pizza 7:13 waited until 7:45 asked for refund and my pizza magically appeared burnt and not the one I ordered along with my bread they are so very unorganized run around like chickens with their heads cut off I've managed 3 pizza places not once did we have any problems like that poor management appears under trained for their jobs
Little, clean store. The pizza was definitely hot and ready, as I ordered it fresh. Was in and out in MAYBE, 10 minutes, and the young man that helped me out, was present and courteous. (?Rock on bro!)
Very good Pizza, young man that took my order was outstanding an deserves a pay raise.
I love there deep dishes. They are always made on the spot & they are delicious!
