The last 2 times I've gone through the drive-thru, they have been out of Extra Crispy Chicken. First time it was before the dinner rush. The last time it was after 7pm. Yeah, not a fan of originally recipe. This store is ridiculous.
The last 3 times were AWFUL! Now the lobby is closed so not only did I have to sit in the drive thru and wait for my online order but then the employees are extremely unfriendly. They almost forgot 2 of my drinks and then they forgot my 2 sides so now I’m sitting in the long drive thru again to be treated bad while the rest of the food gets cold. Oh and I LOVE the doughy biscuits we got again.
Order through uber eats, they were out of the wings. Instead of switching for tenders. They refused and said I would have to cancel my order and reorder. Do they not realize that's another charge because you have to wait for your money to come back. They wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to call to ask if there was anything they could switch it for. This is poor customer service!!!
I pulled up to this location and a large homeless woman with her belly hanging out of her shirt was smoking in front of the entrance. As I entered the restaurant I was greeted by trailer park rap blasting from the kitchen. To my surprise the homeless woman was also the cashier. I took my food home and realized there was no gravy with the mashed potatoes. Not the end of the world, but frustrating. Then it happened, I opened my sons chicken strips, the chicken was tangled in a long curly hair (see pic). I didn't want my family getting diarrhea, so I drove the food back. This place needs new management, and some kind of hygiene standards.
Pulled up todayaround 5:00 there was a girl laying on her stomach in a booth that worked there, on her phone, as soon as I got on my car she was gone out of the booth tried both doors they were locked went to the drive-thru and said it was closed apparently the store,I also called.tgem no answer, so I called the another KFC location they said they had no idea why that store was closed. They appreciated that I gave them that info. The store that was apparently.closed should have put a closed note on frt drsclosed and whyclosed for whatever reason.
We ordered a 12-piece meal. It came with three large sides and six biscuits. They did not have any biscuits and said they would substitute just one side for the six biscuits. They did not have any corn either. Their limited inventory made us choose from side dishes we didn't really want.
I went through the drive thru and they made a mistake and charged me for three meal, when I clearly only ordered 2 and told me they couldn't refund my card because it was ''store policy''. Then they have some tool in the peanut gallery, not even who was working the window, who decided it was their job to be a complete jerk. I wasn't even given a third meal. I would LOVE if someone from corporate would contact me as this is not the first issue I have had with this janky place.

It was great a year ago idk what has happened. Spent over 40$ this weekend. Not a single one of my mashed potato orders came with gravy (both tasted so unseasoned/you can tell what kind of person is in that kitchen). The chicken was hard and cold. Its pathetic. Its really not hard to fry chicken and whip up some box mashed potatoes correctly. You would think this place was ran by incompetent children.
