I ordered a sandwich at 12:28pm yesterday and didn’t get it until 2:08. All the manager could say is that we are short a driver and behind. I can cancel your order. No, if I didn’t want the sandwich I wouldn’t have ordered it. He should have delivered my sandwich and gave me money back. Ridiculous. I’m trying to be patient with company’s because they are low staffed but an hour and half to get a freaky fast sandwich is ridiculous.

Just letting everyone know that I in fact did not visit jimmy johns, nor have I ever had any food from there, but me and my son did get some ice cream next door at stone cold creamery. Anyway, I had to map the location to stone cold and as I arrived I was confused because alls I seen was the jimmy johns sign and thought Google had made an error on the maps but drove around building and had found stone cold. So in case someone makes that mistake as well hopefully you’ll find this review ahead of time. Stone cold creamery cold was excellent and the woman who helped us made me feel comfortable and important. ☺️?
Like they say, freaky fast. The food was excellent and the staff nice and polite.
I ordered 1 turkey Tom around 8:35 p.m. Tuesday, 25 Jan 22. the place was empty and it took almost 15 minutes to get my sandwich. when I got home, it was the most disappointing sandwich I've ever had.
Sandwich and service were great, however, I have now had food poisoning for the last 24 hours. Looked online and it seems a lot of jimmy johns locations have had issues in the past which includes warnings from the FDA. Always enjoyed the food here but I think this will be my last visit until they figure out proper sanitation techniques.

Ordered in advance. Told the I was there where you normally order. The waited at window for about 5 min till someone came and asked what I needed. Food was good.
It was just ok. They put like a half a head of the hard white lettuce and a half gallon of mayo on the unwich. Should have been a salad. They also forgot my pickle and then made a big deal when I went up and asked for it. Like they wanted my receipt or something and then didn't quarter it like I asked. Probably wouldn't go back.
Ordered sub with no Mayo, had Mayo on it! Order sub with extra cheese, basically haphazardly thrown on bread. Asked to mark sub on outside so I knew which one had the no Mayo, was told by the worker on the phone, sir we mark all of our subs. Guess what? No marking on the outside. The only reason I asked him to do it is because EVERYTIME I have ordered a sub, NO MARKINGS!Called to speak with a manager and worker must have thought I asked for a million dollars. She was confused and then said uh no.This Jimmy John is not freaky good freaky fast, It is Freaky terrible. Not ever going back to it
