Horrible horrible service at Arnold, mo. Jack in the box. Employees are rude, disrespectful and unintelligent…. Asked for just jumbo jack sandwich was told they don’t offer jumbo jacks anymore. And they were out of curly fries at noon. Over the intercom heard….they are lucky they are even getting food!! WTH These people want $15.00 and for what?? I have read so many terrible reviews on this page how in the heck is this place still in business. NEVER AGAIN I would never recommend this They don’t deserve even 1 star????????
I work 2 Businesses down from this location and I attempt to eat there rather often, but they are never open. "We are only taking doordash orders" Is their usual excuse even though they have multiple cars in the lot implying they are staffed plenty. This location is such a joke, do not waste your time going here like I have so many times.
Disgusting. Spent 24$ on two meals so you’d think it would be done right. Nope. Fries were rock hard like they've been sitting all day long, one burger meal literally had nothing on it but cheese. (I was the only one in line so no way it was a mix up just laziness). And they expect 15+ an hour? Do better. If i could rate zero stars i would. Just because you hate your life doesnt mean take it out on others because theyre better off than you. Get out of there.
Things are getting to expensive for employees not to care about order accuracy and quality. I spent $20 on two meals and the bread on my sandwich was solid hard. I've worked fast food before and I know that bun must've been sitting there for a while and pre toasted. The fries where cold and hard and half way filled. I had to put my own bread on my sandwich and threw the fries away. Given this a place a few chances but we're never going back to this special location. Not blaming the employees for price adjustments but at least get the order right.
Not sure if this location was supposed to be open still, but when I pulled up tonight, all outside lights were on, all menu lights were on, and the open sign was lit up. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and sat for a few minutes and no one said anything. I then proceeded to the drive-thru window and all lights were on inside, but there were no cars parked anywhere. This has happened more than a few times.
employees went above and beyond, burger was pretty smack too, good music tastes.
Every time we go they always forget to give us an item of our order, then when we call they never answer the phone

I waited six minutes and called out and they said oh OK sorry this is cash only. I said well it would’ve been nice to been told that six minutes ago. And I got another I’m sorry and was told that I can back out if I wanted to leave or else I have to wait a while for the person in front of me because they had a large order. Terrible!

Turn your 24 hr lights out! You are lying you are not open 24 hrs anymore. Replace these shifts with robots. They are real china and Japan and South Korea use them. You don't need workers who don't show up. Robots work 24/7 and that's just 1. Imagine 5 of them.
