The salad was fresh and satisfying,. The pizza was not as good as my last visit. The ravioli was delicious and the cheese bread was so so.
Excellent food and friendly staff. The deluxe pizza was delicious.
Waited an hour in line of the pickup window. Employee kept ignoring the pickup window. She only would wait on the walk in customers. She would leave the front counter and go into the back ten minutes at a time. Food is cold and awful tasting. Had to throw pizza away.

Bad customer appreciation day!! This place was not prepared for the extra business!! Why advertise but yet not have enough help or enough worker's, to handle the dinner rush crowd?? This special price was for carry out only - but yet by the time we got home, our food was barely warm! And the wait to get our food was a long-time wait!! Not good Imo's for your business or for your appreciation for all of your regular customers!! Barely warm food is not worth waiting for, nor paying our hard earned money for!!
I had quite possibly the worst Imo’s Pizza ever! I have had a rare, not their best before, but never this bad. I guess that is what happens when the raise their prices. About a year or less ago, they had an online coupon for a medium 2-topping pizza for $8.95. Now, I do realize that was a REALLY good deal, so several months ago, when they raised it to $9.99, I was like, okay, I get it. We went to order tonight and instead of $9.99 like it was just a few weeks ago, it is now $11.99 for a 2-topping medium 12-inch pizza. I try to be understanding about the prices at restaurants going up, cause everything has skyrocketed over the past year, but that was a $3 jump in less than a year. So, sometimes it’s okay to splurge on goodness, except we did not get goodness. I am pretty sure there is zero sauce on here. Granted, I do order light sauce, but I have been ordering it like that the last 15 years that I have lived here and never got a dry pizza like this. I had to look really close to see if they actually put cheese on it or left that off too because it was barely visible and I couldn’t even taste it. You can tell from the look of it how dry it is. I seriously have seen Imo’s left on a kitchen counter for two days not look this bad. Guess I will be only getting Imo’s at sit down city locations from now on ?
Inconsistent food each time. complain and they ignore you. Today apparently is customer appreciation day, they emailed me their special med 1 topping and toasted ravs for 9.99. I call to order and they are out of medium crusts, I ask: are you offering a substitute? No, call back later we might get more. NO Thanks Imos You need a lesson on customer service.
Placed my order rarly fof 6:00 pm pickup arrived at 6:05 wauted in drive through for over 5 minutes before anyone acknowkedged my presence even though 3 employees in area and at keast one doing absolutely nothing. When I opened the box when I got to my destination, realized my pizza was not sliced. I eat in my vehicle during my dinner break so I had to tear slices from the pie, which was poorly made. Very little sauce and cheese. This was the first and last time I order from this IMO location.
This was the worst IMO’s pizza I’ve ever had! Hardly any cheese or toppings and the sauce tasted so watered down I’m not even sure it was pizza sauce on there! I called and talked to the manager, and she confirmed that the sauce is different and is no longer made in-house and their new owners are making them measure the cheese—which is fine unless it doesn’t even cover the pizza— like mine. I won’t go back! We have way too many excellent, local, pizza restaurants to come back again!! Boo IMO’s!! You’re supposed to be THE St. Louis pizza…..sad to see you go!!
The food is always good. Delivery driver is great. No problems at all. The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
