I don't know if being from Chicago changed my taste, but Imo's was okay. I would eat again but on someone else's dime. I'm glad I got the experience!
They closed in 10 min but the guy working insisted on taking my order and seemed like it wasn't a big deal. I know some people are ready to get out and go home that close to closing time so I was going to go somewhere else but he was very nice and said we're still open.
Delivery was quick , pizza was still warm and looked great. However I found a blonde hair in my pizza, no one has this hair color in our home. Not a great feeling after spending so much money ?. Please tied up your hair or cover it. I pretty much took it out of my mouth which was gross, gross enough to stop eating.
Had a wonderful experience ordering my Imos pizza yesterday delivery was fast driver was awesome and the pizza was delicious!
I was in the STL areas again and was craving some pizza. I have always ordered Imo's Pizza. However this time it was disappointing. The cheese was light and the toppings were skimpy.
We order from here all the time. But tonight the pizza was dry- hardly any sauce on it at all. I called to see all to the manager and let him know it wasn’t up to standards, and I paid $52. He said he can bring us 2 new pizzas. I explained I have 5 kids here, so if they all put 2 pieces on their plates, there’s not much left. He said he wants it back anyway. Just wasteful and petty. Managers name is Kyle. He can come get these 9 pieces of dried up pizza then. And bring me new pizza. Ridiculous and horrible customer service
ordered delivery tonight, gave me an hour and a half till drop off. (completely fine). Driver did not ring doorbell, knock, or call, just left my food on front porch for lord knows how long. Pizza was cold and when i called to try to get a replacement the manager said everything was off at 10 oclock. Poor experience
Just picked up a few wings and cheese garlic bread from this location. Bread was under cooked and stale, just enough to melt the cheese, and I’ve had better wings from 7-Eleven. Super fatty and zero crispness. This is unusual for Imo’s so I’m not to happy paying what I did, it’s sub par food.
Take your business to a different location. We just picked up 2 pizzas, and one of them was clearly old, as it was bone-dry and not even warm. The other pizza appeared fresher, which I believe was because it had 2 toppings, while the bad pizza was just a pepperoni; I guess they just leave old pizzas in the warmer until they can pass it on to someone unsuspecting.
I'm not crazy about Imos pizza, but I do like their salads and this location great service.
