This signature Carmel latte was phenomenal. Just what I needed for a pick me up. Whoever made this, excellent work. Love this place!
Everytime I'm here I experience the worst service. So I tried the online order to avoid having to interact with the irritating staff that works here. I arrived 15 minutes after the order to find all the employees including the worthless manager on duty playing with pens and throwing them at each other. Meanwhile I see 2 empty cups with the order sticker on them. I continue to wait 7 more minutes while they acknowledge my order and say it will be ready in a minute. We had to be somewhere and we're on a schedule. It doesn't take 15 minutes to make 2 drinks and clearly it was not busy. I was the only customer there. I now see why. Avoid this location at all costs.
This Dunkin is honestly so hit or miss. My order is either absolutely perfect and tastes amazing, or it’s missing items and tastes horrible. I also use Uber eats a lot and have completely stopped ordering from them because 100% of the time my order is wrong. The drive thru line is always extremely long. I placed a pickup order once and went to pick it up over 45 minutes later and nothing was ready. Took them an additional 25 to make one large coffee and get 6 donuts.
This was the first time my daughter and I have been to dunkin, my daughter had seen the refreshers and really wanted to try one however I knew she most likely was not going to like the taste so the girl working the counter told her if she didnt like it she would make her something else, she ended up not liking it and the girl made her a new drink, she was super sweet and I am very appreciative!
Unprofessional.... didn't bag my order. I ordered hash browns they gave me 5 small soggy/burnt inedible bs. What a waste of my money.
Ended up here when the 2 other donut shops nearby where closed on Monday. At 9:30am on a Monday they were out of many donut flavors. I picked a random 12 and brought them home for my family of 4. We only ate 3 of the donuts. They just aren't good. I would have been just as satisfied buying Hostess donuts. Will not visit a Dunkin Donut again.
Love Arnold Dunkin! Always fast and a few of the staff remember my order as soon as I walk in!
Really dosent deserve any stars because I worked at this location and it is so so nasty no one should go there and get food , coffee .Nonthing ever gets cleaned or replaced.. all the workers there have such bad attitudes... I was fired because the people their are so so immature very terrible business I already called a health inspector so hopefully I get this place shut down
Staff is very rude here every time I have visited. Tuesday 12/27/32 ordered two bavarian cream donuts and they had no filling. Just two plain, flat donuts with powdered sugar.
First time I went here was through the drive through, I didn’t have my glasses with me and asked the girl what flavors of specialty iced coffees they had and she said “don’t you know how to read” and was super rude even at the window. I went back a second time and another girl was super rude. Kept rolling her eyes and didn’t say a single work at the window when when i said good morning. Both times were in the last 3 months
