This place is a joke. Ordered a pizza and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get. I live 1.5 miles away.
0 stars. I’m so tired of people trying to rip others off. This place adds their own tips to your credit cards so pay attention. My driver helped their self and not to mention the pizza was made wrong. Do not recommend.
Great Food. Great Service. 5 Stars.
I will not be able to rate the food because it never came... we ordered at 1015 after waiting an hour I called the store and was told it would be another hour before we would get our pizza. REALLY 2 hours to get a pizza. I understand everyone is short staffed and I am not sure if this is the case with this store because the employee that answered the phone didn't feel the need to explain why it will take 2 hours to get a pizza. This store clearly has a problem and if you cannot maintain some sort of service it needs to be closed until you can!!!
I have tried to order from this location twice, both times the delivery option states 30-40 mins. I have waited that both times and called after a hour only to be told it's another 45 mins! I understand if it's a Friday or Saturday night but Wednesday in the middle of the week? If you call to get info about your order no one there has any idea what's going on. Take it for what you will.
I honestly don’t know what happened to this place. For years, my family has enjoyed pizza from this location but the last two times we have ordered, it was AWFUL!!! Previous time I ordered recently, the order was late and the tracker said it was delivered. Eventually arrived and it was over cooked. Today, I ordered pizza to be delivered at 11am. I saw that it was being prepped at 10:30am. It gets to be 11am. No pizza. Still says “being prepped”. 11:10. No pizza and then it changes to “in the oven.” Pizza eventually shows up at 11:30. We sit down to eat and the pizza is totally dried out and appears to have been sitting around and reheated. That is not ok. We ate it because we were starving and I didn’t want to wait for new pizza… if I could even get someone on the phone to fix the problem. There are too many other pizza places in the area to put up with this. I am done with this Dominos. Like I said, I don’t know what is going on over there lately but get your act together! Frozen Totino’s pizza is better than this!
I ordered from this dominos twice in the past couple months and I don't think I will ever order dominos again after two exceptionally bad experiences. Both times, the food was delivered after two hours of waiting. The second time, some of my food items were missing. After having waited two hours, I definitely wanted a refund. However, I was denied a refund and given points towards a free pizza instead. I got online today, about a month after I was given the points, and those points expired. Therefore, both my time and money have been wasted. I feel sorry for the employees at the store who are no doubt understaffed, however I am very unsatisfied with dominos as a company.
Was NOT easy or order. Automated kept getting the wrong items. Spoke with a broken English speaking call center, put on hold, then disconnected (not Richardson roads dominos fault). FINALLY got order put in on the app after I had to close it 3 times in order for it to work properly then picked up food. Gave wrong salads and the food was NOT good. Will not order dominos again.
Never had a problem with this dominos before. We order food for delivery at 5:09. 6:22 and still no food. My husband called and they said the delivery man was on his way. The food then said it was delivered about 10 minutes later which it was not. My husband was aggravated at this point and went to drive to the store. At 6:49 the food was finally delivered. The driver had a passenger in his vehicle…. Very unprofessional. My kids were hungry and had to wait nearly 2 hours.
To preface, this review in no way reflects the hard working employees that have the unfortunate circumstance of working for this company. This review is for the source of the issue.I began my order at 7:12 PM this evening whenever I left work. My work is about half an hour away and I imagine I might beat the driver to my door. I figured with contactless delivery, I could be a couple minutes late without issue. Well, I definitely beat the driver home. I didn’t receive my order until 9:10 PM. That’s not a typo. Nearly two hours before my dinner was delivered.“But Walter, you said you’re not blaming the customers!” And I’m not. I’m blaming the festering, hemorrhaging wound that this company as a whole represents. This company provides a horrible incentive for employees to provide any chance of employee retention. What’s their solution? Add $1 to the usual “deal” for each item purchased. In addition, they reduced the number of wings you get by 25% for the same price. I am beyond finished with buying from any Domino’s. They only care about the bottom dollar, but they don’t realize that’s what’s going to cause their downfall. They need to provide better pay, benefits, and morale for their workers and stop trying to bandage with price increases.Best of luck because I enjoy the food when I get it, but waiting two hours for dinner is beyond unacceptable.
