Only one complaint why are the blinds to the reasturant like broken it just Looks Janky, I say because DQ is Good Food and usually known to look nice because It Is Nice food and servings. Another thing I don’t like is that sometimes all I want is a dolly bar yet I have to turn around and go back because the inside is closed and the drive through is wayyy to Lon for how small the building is. I hope the inside isn’t like Philthy and that’s why the inside isn’t open
Wanted to go inside and pick out a birthday cake for my daughter they would not let me this place turned into a joke. Walmart has cheaper cakes and they're just as good anyway
Was very disappointed. Got a banana split that looked like soup., No whip cream. I must say I don't blame the workers.they r hiring so I'm sure they were short handed. I couldn't even get script filled all week.either. not the America I once knew?
Terrible place!. I ordered a curbside order thru the app. I got to the store, called 17 times before someone answered. Just to be told I need to sit in the 12 car deep drive thru for my curbside order as they couldn't bring it out. I said that makes a curbside order pointless, and said cancel my order. She said she doesn't know how. I said refund me. she said she doesn't know how. So now I have a paid order that was never made and never received and no one will help me get my money back! Useless
Great service but it would be nice if things were labeled when several items look the same.
All the condiments I ordered on the hot dog we’re on the outside of the bun and the box. And there was a hair on my pickle. I threw the whole thing away. Gross. My blizzard also had a gash in the side.
The young man that helped me in drive thru, nailed it! Great young people working their tails off, dealing with all sorts - and keep a positive attitude through it all!! Keep up the amazing work.
This visit was so delicious.. I got a banana split and it was so good. And I hate bananas, but I need the magnesium that day, afterwards it felt so much better!
My husband bought a peanut butter birthday cake for me , when I took the lid off I noticed a bunch of frost on the top. I carefully tried to scrape some of the frost off when I noticed something green under the peanut butter crumbles. So I scraped some more only to find writing that says happy fathers day. Fathers day was 7 months ago!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
Love this place. Most of the time they are pretty busy with a line but it goes by fast.
