We’ve had this problem a couple of times and I’m completely dissatisfied and will never go back. We always get the opposite of what we order on our burgers, our fries and cheese curds are always dumped out in the bag, and we never get our cheese sauces. We also didn’t know which drink was which. Once we called to let them know all the “manager” offered was a coupon. I work in fast food so I know that’s not how it works, she should have at least offered to remake our burgers considering we weren’t going to eat them after that. Not to mention her customer service was completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all!! Note: I would add pictures and the receipt but I threw the food away after wanting to write a review. Hopefully they step it up!
Easily on par with chick filet for customer service and with the recent downfall in quality of steak n shake, culvers is the best burger joint in town. Burgers have a great flavor, no lack of toppings, and served hot fast and fresh. Fries and onion rings are best served with cheese sauce, and dont miss the fresh shakes and sundays. If they bring back the oktoberfest burger with pickled onions on a pretzle bun, definitely try it. Its my personal favorite of culvers.
Always a good experience here at the Arnold location. I got the spicy chicken sandwich. Other than being thin, it was actually relatively good. Its not chic fil a but its a good second option. The concretes here are second to none in my opinion. The ice cream is always so good.
First time trying it and I was impressed. The service was fast and very friendly. I tried the Cod Dinner and it was fresh and delicious. The 3 piece Dinner was great, the fish portions were a good size and cooked perfect. Thanks I will be trying more from here.
Window worker was not nice at all. We ordered three sandwiches and a diet root beer and a Diet Pepsi - she handed us the drinks and when I asked which was which she said “I don’t know” and I said “so we are just supposed to taste each other’s sodas” and she said “yep” and closed the window. How about you just do your job and pay attention!
This is one of my favorite restaurants! Best burger by far. Their other items are excellent as well. Staff is friendly and food delivery is good. Their butter burger is probably my favorite and second is most likely their pork tenderloin sandwich. Their custard is phenomenal. Really can't find anything to fault them on. I've always been satisfied on every visit. Highly recommend
Great burgers and fries, slightly overpriced but not too bad. Ice cream way overpriced but pretty good quality. I'll definitely go again. Way better than hi point. Culver's brings all your food in knew trip, hi point brings items as they are done, none of it comes to you all at once.
Used to be the best fast food in arnold. It still not bad but It's getting worse and worse. The last 2 visits we've had items missed. That used to never happen here, and it stings a bit more with their prices.
I use to not like thier butter burgers, they were too rich and just not good. A friend took me there againa and i discovered other food there is great. The service is definitely a step up, in a time when steak n shake is removing service, its refreshing to know this value is not lost. Very much on par with chick fil a where you feel as a customer you are appreciated.
Couldn't be happier with our experience! Definitely Celiac friendly! Dinned-in to ask the Assistant Manager on duty about celiac friendly options and ways of avoiding cross contamination. Without hesitation he explained all the options as well as what should be avoided. All employees were super friendly and polite. As normal, the food didn't disappoint.Big thanks to tonight's Assistant Manager!
