During the COVID era this restaurant has mastered the long lines in the drive thru. You pull in and and see about 10 cars on each side of the line waiting to place their orders. Don't let this discourage you. The lines move very fast in a professional manner. The chicken is worth the time . One of my favorites for fast food restaurants.
It is rare but they messed up my order. Of course I didn’t check it because they are usually very accurate. Lesson learned. Don’t blindly trust. Food quality wasn’t great either.

Always love the food and service is excellent. I don't think I've ever had them mess up my food so this last trip there when my baby was screaming and there was a long line behind me I just drove off instead of checking my bags. With 6 ppl we usually always do because there are more odds of mess ups. So of course this one time they forget all of our chicken nuggets! I'd already driven all the way home but with 3 orders missing there wasn't enough food for everyone so I drove back. No questions asked, didn't even ask to see my receipt, had a bag of nuggets AND 6 cookies waiting for me when I pulled back up.

Not only great food, but they have the most efficient method of ordering I have ever seen. So much so, that a few other FF Restaurants have started using similar systems. Always awesome at Chick-fil-A!
I mean, it's hard to go wrong here. Chick-fil-A is kind of a one trick pony, and their trick is really good. Their macaroni and cheese is very good though, surprisingly. The people who work there are very nice and competent.
Always good service from friendly employees! My order has always been correct. The food quality is consistently high!
Well most of the Chick-fil-As I am able to enjoy a slight discount as a veteran, this one is an exception. When I asked I was told that “the new ownership changed the discount”. Clearly when the line wraps around the building daily they have little profit and can’t afford this modest benefit.My pleasure
