TERRIBLE! WORST CAPTAIN D'S! ORDERED 43$ WORTH OF FOOD. GOT A CHILD SIZE PORTION FOR ADULT FULL SIZE COST. SPENT $43 AND AFTER THE STAFF BEING RUDE AND TELLING ME I'M NOT LOOKING AT THE SAME THING AT HIM I ASKED FOR A REFUND. DIDN'T TAKE ANY FOOD AND ONLY GOT 24$ REFUND BACK. THEY WERE EVEN RUDE TO EACH OTHER. WAITED 30 MINS IN THE DRIVE THRU THEN 15 MINS IN THE LOBBY.
This place is always understaffed. Where is the Management? Employees make snarkey comments, "about to loose it in front of customers".Last visit, no ice at all. Said a water line was broke! What about buying bagged ice? Or, calling a plumber? No apology for warm tea or warm soda. Still charged the same price though. Employees seem to do the best they can with what they have to work with. No leadership.
Online menu is completely inaccurate. Long wait times. Good food though.
Nasty place! Floors are dirty, food is greasy, order was not right. Did know it until we got home. The wait is aweful. No stars ! Thumbs down ?
One of the better Captain D's. Clean environment, efficient staff and well prepared food.
No one in line food is ice cold Hush puppies ice cold hard as a rock and management is hateful. Horrible horrible service I will never go back there and I will bless them on Facebook I will video this food and put it on blast. Nasty
I've always been disappointed they took the all you can eat choices away.
Ordering online and then making me sit in the drive thru defeats the purpose of ordering online. Yall are some kind of special. This will be my last time going to captain ds.
