I have had many issue at this Burger King in the last several years. (Pre covid as well.) Today was just the last straw for me. I drive a vehicle to big for the drive thru, when Dinningroom was closed for covid it was tough but most fast food would take the order over the phone and meet me at the door. This one didn't, ok thats fine I didn't come here for a long time due not being able to get food. But now they are not taking cash inside. But they will in the drive thru. But not inside, Quality has not always been the stores strong suit, location is since they are the only fast food at this intersection and everyone else is not in direct route to the Interstate. But to stop taking cash inside is going to make me stop eating here for good.

Very good customer service, good communication with customers. Great food prices with coupons.

Went here for lunch with my family and dining room was empty, drive thru had people in line. More than enough workers. We stood at the counter noone came up to the counter . A "Manager" Jen is her name I use that word "Manager" loosely. Seen us didn't acknowledge us. I had to say Ma'am 3 times before she so rudely turned to us and said I will be with you in a minute. Still didn't come over to us. Instead called someone else to take our order. The food was pretty awful . My Husband asked for honey mustard and the lady brought some to him dropped one of them on the floor and still asked him if he wanted the one that fell on the floor!!

I'v enjoyed the whopper since I was a kid. I know there's other varieties. But I just enjoy and trust my tastes bud's. Lol keep up the good job fellas ? ?

If you like waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru. Food was good though, better be for a half hour wait.

Forgot my bacon on both whoppers and my zesty sauce and my onion rings were cold and soggy the fries were hot this time

This Burger King get you through the drive through pretty quick even though they're always busy.

The food was fine but had to use kiosk to order which didn't have the screen I wanted . Another couple was having trouble also so they just left. I should have as the employees were waiting on people in the driveup.

Get ready to wait in line to use 1 kiosk even with plenty of people behind the counter to take orders and eat undercooked fries(which mine were today) because there's no option for extra crispy on the kiosk. Then minutes after placing the order, you get to hear someone tell whomever is making the fries to make no salt fries, which generally means 3 min's or more to make fries with no salt(is it really no salt when you put the fries in the fry bin that has salt in it??). And finally, who exactly benefits from NOT giving me my cup until you give me my food since I get to WAIT and WAIT and WAIT for my food, answer: they benefit, instead of letting me fill my cup while waiting for my food. Can some customers have unreasonable expectations? Sure, but it seems the business model, at least for this BK is about what's best for them, not the customers they serve and as long as I have options to be treated better, elsewhere, I'll take it.
