Went here last night, the 7th of june and let me just say. I have never had better customer service, the young ladies were so helpful and kind and not to mention by the time we got to the window our food was already made! And it was fresh! Extremely happy nice job arbys team will definitely be coming back☺️ Loving the staff, the cleanliness, and that you guys stay open later than all the other restaurants!
I am happy the dine in for fast-food places, are starting to make a comeback. I think drive thru only has really caused a lack of quality in a lot of places. That is not the case for this location. They always serve hot and fresh food, and the portions are fair. Thank you for valuing your customers. I will drive further just to eat at your location, just because I value the service. Thank you!

This place is only open between 10:30am to 5pm,alot of places have been like this in the Arnold,Mo area,I guess they don't have the workers they need to even stay open long enough,cause everytime I drive by it it's closed.
Didnt realize my order was short several sandwiches till I got home. My fault for not checking. I guess some of the Bell employees from across the street are now working there since they are no longer open 24 hours.
My food was ice cold when i received it . And they forgot my sauce . The person at the window was also very rude . I could tell no one wanted to be there.
They said they don't have Ham Club, but it's on their menu. They also have Ham Wraps on their menu.They told me that they don't carry ham. What's the real story?
Best customer service I've ever had at any fast food place in Imperial or Arnold Missouri. Soon as we ordered our food it was ready and everything was perfect. This is now my mom's favorite fast food place to eat at. #fivestarservice.
