Service and time I've been here since 7:50p.m. and here it is 8:50p.m. no food ??? glad I didn't have plans
It would be a 0.. Service & workers were terrible.. I waited a hour and some minutes for them to mess up my order & the chicken wings and tenders wasn’t cooked properly
Tried to order a $50 meal for my family for pickup on the way through to Florida. App kept declining cards (checked with my card issuer, not on my end!) and was unable to call to order! Then saw the review for the cook that digs for gold and finally gave up! Bad first impression Vicksburg!
I placed an order online, went inside after 15 minutes to pick my order up and discovered there was only one employee working. Apparently 3 employees quit. She greeted me, explained the situation, and was extremely calm, professional, and had a smile on her face. Thank you Zkeariah for being so professional and getting my food ready in a timely manner, even though you were in a different situation.
Order 50 pieces of wings. The ladies brought the order back to the hotel and half of the chicken was not there. Call the store manager his name is Priest and he apologized and asked us to come back.. He was very professional.. Thank you Priest 💛💜
Hate this place. Hey your order won't and if u put your order in online snuff you get to the partt they claim there's no order for your and you know you put your order in. And they are also rude
Food is cold/missing items and apparently no one knows how to answer the phone to get it corrected. Food was great at first but has definitely been going downhill.
This place is a prime example of why Vicksburg can’t have anything nice. I made multiple calls trying to place a to-go order and never got an answer. I drove to the restaurant to place the order, the entire staff was out of the kitchen huddled in a group goofing off. Nobody greeted me at the door or register. The restaurant was filthy, even though you can’t even dine in. The tea was sour and the drink machine had mildew on the caps. The counter space was also beyond sticky without napkins available. Overall, terrible experience. Terrible service. Terrible hygiene. Go to wing-gos near corner market instead or just stay home.
Ordered 75 wings. This is what was in the two bags. Asked for my money back or the wings. The manager told me they couldn’t give me my money back because it was online and wouldn’t make the wings because they were busy. This place is worse than bad. Now I have to get refunded from my credit card company. Stay far away from this place.
Horrible, we passed by coming from Florida to Texas, supper hungry, it was 10 pm.Says it closes til midnight.They didn’t want to take our order because they where already closed.The person who we spoke with was extremely rude.DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME.
