Wish I could give it zero stars. G.M. and other management, allows a lot of disrespect and discord to happen in the restaurant with crew and even other management.. Someone needs to give Montie another class in management, because it's clear that he's not properly trained!!! Anyone can stand and run a shift, or pop in and out of a store, but you should care more about your crew than what I experienced when I came to messyburger on Monday. I see why the food there is so nasty, because the management is just as nasty as the food.

Beware of the sauces. Not only did they make my order wrong they also sent me home with 2 different bbq sauces with puncture holes in both of them . We threw out the entire meal. This place is horrible they close down and sleep in the car when they don't want to work and just send anything out the window. And now 2 sauces with very sus holes in the top of both of them Nope! Need to be shut down.

Definitely one of the best Whataburgers I've been to. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and the food was ready very quickly. Our cashier, whose name I don't remember sadly, was incredibly nice, and very laid back, joking and laughing with us as we ordered and waited. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10/10

Terrible service!!!! Yes it's 5am but the least you can do is provide basic service. Went to get 4 egg and cheese biscuits on the jalapeno biscuit. Got 4 biscuits with bacon even though she repeated back the order as only egg and cheese. We don't eat pork so we went back around to get it completely replaced. The cashier and cook, both women, both understood that the whole thing needs to be replaced. Cook comes back with 4 biscuits in less than 3 minutes and tells us it's fully replaced. No..... It wasn't. Same biscuit and smells like bacon grease with the same egg and new slice of cheese.At this point, we've waited twice for a basic order, tired, and ready to go. We asked for a refund and was asked "Why?" by the cook. A few minutes later a male shows up and we hear attitude coming from this male and the female cook. "Bruh I'm not even supposed to do this. They gotta come back at 7 for the manager." "It's not even a big deal (talking about the bacon in the food)." We do not live here, not even in Mississippi, we were driving through. A few minutes later the guy opens the window, gives us the money, and slams the window closed and locks it all within a second. I have family that work(ed) for Whataburger corporate. This was not a experience that meets the company's standard.

Great food clean restaurant and nice people

Traveling through from TX to GA.Ordered with App and had great experience.Food was fresh and delicious. Fries were hot and perfect. Whataburgers were awesome ❣❣❣ Staff was friendly and efficient.

VERY friendly staff and their focus to provide great customer service is top notch. The quality of food is ok…lots of different options. I think their burgers are definitely comparable to another drive through, order at curbside, fast food restaurant that starts with a “S”…but they are a little larger. To me, the spicy chicken sandwich is where it’s at - pretty good and definitely something that separates them.

The food is okay, but the customer service is honestly the worst in town. Sometimes I have to wait in line for over 15 minutes. Even then they still might get the order wrong. The employees are rude. And don’t bother coming here at night. It’s even worse. I wish this location had better employees.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews…but the way these places treat truckers is ridiculous. I walked in the lobby at 10:50pm and she says it’s closed. I let her know I have a trailer that won’t fit and she just tells me I have to go outside, without even making eye contact. She then continued to talk to some guy that was “in the lobby”.

Have always loved this franchise. We need one or two in the Atlanta area. Come to East Point
