Wendy’s on clay street has bad customer service one of the lady’s there messed our order up and when we wanted them to fix it she called my boyfriend a b**ch it was overall rude and sad that she did that
Food is always great at this location. Service just has been a little slow for the past few months.
HORRIBLE/RUDE!!!! This is my second time trying this restaurant at night. Trying to give them the benefit of a doubt. After my order was ready the male working the drive-thru, handed my order out of the window and shook the bag at me. He didn’t even give me time to reach for the bag. They are so rude at this restaurant!!! Even though I have to drive past this place going home, I will drive to Clinton, MS to get something to eat before I stop here again!
This Wendy’s is a rip off. First of all, I really wanted go sit down and eat here and the doors were locked even though they had a flag in front of the restaurant that advertised the dining room was open.Just in 15 mins they lost approximately 20 customers.
They saved fast food burgers. The team even had a good lead. Driving threw? all Texans!! you can stop here for good burger and Texas hospitality
Only one drive-thru lane was open, my order was improperly prepared, and I even asked at the window (since they didn't read the order back to me) to confirm my order, and it was still wrong. The burger was bland, not salt or pepper to be used on it at all, but the fries were good.
Slowest drive thru on the planet with no means of escape. We waited 40 minutes tonight. No other drive-thru in town is near this bad, so they can’t blame the current economy.
Haven't eaten at a Wendy's in years. But went today and the food was much better than it use to be, the service was was efficient, and the server was polite.
Rude… But then again, that’s why they work at Wendy’s..When they forget something on your order they act like you’re bothering them. Good thing I was having personal pain issues because I would have went off.
Inside doesn't open till 10:30. Drive-thru was slow as heck
