They have no clue. Ordering our typical 4 for 4 which has 4 chicken nuggets And a jr bacon chess burger. Employee states it doesn’t come with the burger. In attempting to explain that it does and is clearly indicated on the menu, they proceed to argue and get an attitude. Love Wendy’s. But this locations staff is a no go and likely what is keeping the Whataburger near there in business.

The night shift management name Bri got the job done i order , my order was wrong i came back an told her , she fixed it less than 2 mins now thats fast food , Ms.Bri thanks so much they should give you a raise bc u been doing your job ???thanks again

Absolutely ridiculous!! This place is awful. Took so long we had to drive away before I gor food and im starving. Should have gone ANYWHERE else in town. I am very disappointed.
Would have given a zero. What is curbside service?? Is it not when you order and they bring it out to you in the designated mobile parking spot?? For an hour I waited for nothing. Saw 3 employees get off work. Go through drive-thru for them to try to give me my food after I asked for a refund. No apology. But I did get attitude. I worked fast food before. If I messed up, I would apologize right away for it. Don't offer curbside if you don't want to do it or you're not equipped to do it.
This location was just ok. Burger was a little dry and not what I am used to getting at Wendy's.No toys for the kids meals, but they subbed cookies instead. Fries were cold and chewy but I was afraid to ask for fresh ones since we all know how that sometimes goes.Location was a little out of the way from all the shopping, but we weren't feeling the other restaurants in the immediate area so we decided to risk it. Wish we had drove further to somewhere else.We didn't feel unsafe at any point, but we watched the police question a trucker at the nearby deserted looking motel from the parking lot as we were leaving.
I live in Vicksburg, MS. I have a question about why the lobby is open and then it's not, then it is, then it is not? Is it because of staffing? I know all this is hard on you all, just as it is to those of us that don't want to sit in the vehicle to eat. I appreciate all that do come to work to serve the customer. It would be nice if a note was put on the door. It's very disappointing to have ones mouth set on a nice juice hamburger. Then you walk to the door and it's locked. But the hours for the lobby are on door. I tried to send an email, it would not send. Then I called the number for customer service. And it was 17 people ahead of me! I like to eat at Wendy's and the food. But very frustrating when the lobby is closed and the door says opened. So my review is based on the lobby situation!
Drive through is only open and very slow to process orders. After a 15 min wait we left and went to the other one in town and were served quickly
