If I could give zero stars, I would. My order cost much more here than at other Taco Bells that have much better service, accuracy, presentation, and speed! The burrito came out and was so messy I had to use my napkins to eat it so I didn't get myself messy. Same with the chalupa, which had sauce all over, and a barely average amount of cheese, which I paid extra for. The tortilla was hard on the burrito, and the shell was crusty and cracked on the chalupa. When she asked if I wanted sauce, I said "Yes, just one hot sauce, please." I got FIVE mild sauces, and had to ask for the hot sauce and give her back the other. I paid $8.94 including tax for the same items that I would have paid $5.88 for at the Clinton, MS Taco Bell...AND their GREAT service in Clinton is only rivaled by the one in Natchez, MS! I love Taco Bell food, but it takes me being very hungry and long lines elsewhere for me to go to Vicksburg Taco Bell, which is why I haven't been there in a while. I had issues the last time I went, and never heard a thing back here. Their customer service and sense of care/urgency is non-existent. I would have gone back and gotten a refund had I not been so hungry. I didn't even eat my chalupa, it was THAT bad. SAD!
So, I decided to go back to Taco Bell today. I've been going to this location for years and have mixed reviews of it.. sometimes good, sometimes bad. I ordered the Chalipa Cravings box and I was told they didn't have it any longer but they could sell me the items separately.. so I ordered the pizza because it was back on the menu. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked for my money back. They said they were working on it now (they weren't). They said they had a lot of people in the drive thru and were taking care of them and weren't use to people in the dinning room (???) After waiting an additional 5 minutes, the guy threw my order up on the counter (pictured) and I took it back to my seat and ate. It wasn't very good not worth the wait either. There's a lot of fast food places in Vicksburg Ms. that have way better service and food. Taco Bell you can do a lot better than this.
Awful experience every time at this location they need to fire everybody and start all over . We ordered before 12 get there to pick up our food just for them to tell us they don't see our order , & that they were closed . But it was 12 & they don't close till 2 ! This stud kept saying the store was closed when it clearly said open till 2 on Wednesday. She told us she couldnt fix our food & call the number on a app to get the money back we paid which was 21 $ . They are the worst , attitude is awful they hate their jobs . It shows . Plus we smelled weed when we pulled up & nobody was doing a job just sitting on their phone. This is why vicksburg is gone down hill and everybody make 7.25 a hr !
I didn’t pick for a fast food establishment to be the employees place of employment, all I did was ask a simple question and the managers response was “ I’m not tryna argue with this lady” that was all it took okay bye we will leave. ——want to know my question.. “the kiosk told me to approach the counter to pay cash?” That was the only sentence i got out — That was apparently not the right thing to do and I had to leave and go through drive though for their convenience it seems. I worked in fast food many years and never would have acted that way. I see why this location has so many negative reviews.
I love Taco Bell, just not this location. The workers are always very unprofessional (sometimes even in a Bonet and what looks like pajamas) yelling across the store laughing. The food has been cold a lot of times. But overall the most annoying thing by far, is that they like to close before they are supposed to. Even up to an hour early.
It's a sad sad day to experience what this Taco Bell in Vicksburg has become Spent 82 almost $83 there today and the drive-through had to wait about half hour 35 minutes for the food then they bring it out in a tiny little bag and and all they put in it was they put in a paper bag so the bag broke must have the food out the bottom of the bag it's on the floor of my car a car took what back there after they replaced the food or give me a refund they said not without the food so they wanted me to put this fashion as the greasy bag back in my car to my car to bring it back to them before they would make more food or refund my money so I do really hope somebody reads these reviews because if they do I would really love you to get in contact with me This is really getting old I expect this at McDonald's yes yes but Taco Bell come on no I used to be a manager at taco Bell and I know for a fact that that order did not come out that if you want order right and not fall out don't go here!!!!!
I'm very weary every time I order from this location. I've yet to encounter a nice worker here, they always have an attitude. I work in customer service, I worked drive through, I KNOW its hard being in a good mood! But this location is the worse. I always have missing stuff, even when I order just a cravings box and a drink for myself. I ordered three drinks, I only got two and they were the wrong drinks, but I had a friend pick them up and they didn't know. They also were rude to them. I know the manager doesn't seem to care, but I hope eventually when you start to lose business and the manager loses their job because the owner can't pay them, you look into the people you have working here.People will give their business where they feel welcomed. This isn't one of those places anymore.
Waited 15 minutes to order only to get the wrong food. After returning to get correct food I was still given the wrong order as the team members argued and cursed each other out on 1/9/2022.
Lack of customer service. Employees were rude and unprofessional. Inside was nasty and gross !! Smelled of cigarettes and body odor!!!
Rude and unwelcoming. The people who work 9AM shift clearly don’t want to work here. I sat at the ordering station for 10 mins. There were no cars in front of me nor behind me. I was the only one there. I just assumed they went to the restroom so I decided to wait a little longer, turns out the lady was just standing at the front counter counting paper tissues or something and didn’t even turn her head when I pulled up to the window and blew my horn. Wow
