Normally we love this subway. Great service and good fresh food. Unfortunately we there yesterday (4/1/22) in the drive through and waited over 10 mins and no one ever asked to take our order even though my husband kept saying “hello”. We drove to the window and the two employees looked at us but still never came over. This would have been acceptable if they were busy but there was no one inside being waited on at the time and we were the only ones in the drive through. No idea what the problem was because no one would even respond to us.
Does not answer phone for curbside orders, drive thru does not work, and location does not take coupons. Tastes like subway though.
I very much enjoyed my experience here at Subway. I loved that I was able to find a vegetarian meal here, and it was very delicious.Inside, it's a very clean environment and atmosphere, and it's very hospitable, as I was greeted upon entering.The portions of my meal were perfect, and I do feel that the overall value of what I ordered and what I spent is homogeneous; very equitable and very balanced.I look forward to visiting this Subway again in the future! I may even try the convenience of the drive-thru.
Clean courteous staff
The workers were nice. The person who got my order put a lot of sauce which I love and the place looked clean and organized. They even have a drive thru, first time I see that for a Subway, but I did not try it.

This store normally is on point. But the last two times it has not. I found out today they over charge for their subs. I get the same sub all the time and always for this store but because of the bad customer service and getting the wrong sub at the drive thru i decided to go to the subway on Indiana to find that I have been overcharged many times. I will never go back to this subway on Pemberton....
