I took my grand daughter for her first Frappuccino. She had a Vanilla bean and Caramel while I had a Caramel Ribbon Crunch. Both were excellent!

Awesome, well-run Starbucks!We stopped here after a late afternoon lunch at Chic Fil A next door as I needed "real" coffee not from a gas station or fast food place and it was late afternoon. Being coffee-deprived, I drove across the street and went inside and requested "2 large Pike's Roast). The young man was busy but stopped and promptly took my order and accepted payment from the app on my phone. He quickly mentioned that it would be a few minutes to brew a fresh pot as he dumped out the older stuff.I thanked him for doing this and my day became much brighter as a result.I cannot recall how often I receive lukewarm or stale coffee from Starbucks if I go in the afternoon and I go often at that time. Not sure why Starbucks does not train their staff to ensure the coffee is fresh and hot, not lukewarm or stale for late afternoon customers.We also needed a restroom break and both myself and wife noted the spotless restrooms and clean facility and lot.Once again, thank you to the young man and the management at this Starbucks.

The peppermint mocha was so smooth. The flvors just melted together. The chocolate shavings and whipped cream could have been more but I think it just melted while i was waiting in the drive thru. I was hoping it came in the free holiday ceramic cup but i guess i had to specifically ask for it. Had previously tried to order thru the app for my son one day but it was just too confusing and i lost patience and just went inside. Will visit again.
So i ordered an iced drink and received a hot one and texted Amber who works there and they literally walked over to my work (Chick fil A) and gave me the correct drink. Best people ever
I'm from Washington state and I love Starbucks, everyone that works here is so kind and welcoming. Anything I have ordered was great.
5 stars because the coffee is good. I go every morning. My order is always right. It has only been wrong once or twice when they first opened.However, it’s always closed. Closes at 10:30am because of staffing issue. They fired all of the old staff when they were open the full schedule. I don’t know why they fired them. They were polite, quick, and got my order right.Half the people in Vicksburg were already bashing Starbucks on social media before they even opened because it’s not a locally owned business. Starbucks will probably close now because they can’t find anyone to work here.
This sign on the door said it was closed but I noticed people inside and the door was unlocked so I walked in and was able to place my order. I heard the gentleman answering the phone telling people "unfortunately we are closed" and that they would be opening in the morning the next day ... what?
