The young girl is so slow and has attitude lol Like I was bothering her at her job asking her for a fork and knife. The staff heard my order wrong and sent me the food without confirming it on the screen because your screen is broken. I didn’t want to pay for something that I couldn’t eat. And that made them very upset. Just attitude is all I got and I want to food more than anything.
If you stop here, whatever you do try to not have “Monique” as your carhop. I ask for an new item on the menu in the drivethru that flashed on the screen as I waited forever to get an answer from someone and she continues to tell me they don’t sell that item but I looked and you can clearly order it through the app and it’s on the screen right in front of me. Either learn your menu for your job or stop false advertising! Instead she gives me something totally different then what I ordered without asking me first. We started to order, got 2 meals done.. I got to the burger kids meal, meat and cheese only. Took 10 minutes to do that order!! Then they closed it out just put fries and kid coke. NOT what we wanted.... The lady came back on the Entercom saying welcome to sonic how can I help you........ We were holding to finish our order??!! So we did. Then it comes out wrong! EVERYONE was confused that I ordered a burger kids meal with cheese sticks, and the kids tenders with onion rings???!!!!! Sat for 25 minutes after that, my burger had NO CHEESE! I said meat and cheese 8 times! Didn't get our rt 44 sweet tea and other drink... I called the manager, told her about our experience and she said, well, the lady is new and old so she's slow and learning. Managed restaurants for 15 years, not a very good experience. Then the girl bringing out drinks stopped in front of the car and asked the manager what was wrong, then they walked off (with my drinks in hand) talking about us???!!! "That's why they don't need to order here".... Then i get my drinks 5 monies later.. Not drinking them, in case someone spit in them. . YEAH. Maybe you need a new training system. We didn't have a complicated order!!! I wanted to get a full refund, but my kids were hungry after an 8 hour drive, now we have 7 hours to go! So thank you for horrible food and horrible service..
This has got to be the worst Sonic Drive-In I have ever been to. The orders always take 30 minutes to an hour the only good thing it's got going for it is it's close to the hospital and about the only fast food on that end of town would recommend going somewhere else the orders are never right they're always cold they never put cherries in the diet cherry limeade
If u go between 3:00-7:30 pm go thru drive thru if u park they won't bring g u any food waited go 40 min. Still didn't get my food.
We waited in the drive through line for 15 mins just now only to be told that they were sorry they weren’t serving anyone right now due to short staff. 4/1/22 5:15 pm! Rediculous. But the served the two cars ahead of us!!
The floats were really good, so said my daughter. I always enjoy the onion rings, and burgers and frys.
Not sure what went wrong today, but it will be a long time until I return to this location. Just because you place a mobile order, do not assume they will be more likely to get it correct. After 3 attempts at getting a large diet limeade, I gave up and just took the concoction. Big mistake!!And don't think leaving a tip will help. SMH
Went through the drive through and got pulled over to wait on my food 15 minutes. Overpriced and portions have significantly changed over the years.
