I’ve been coming to this Sonic faithfully for over a month. The service and quality of the food in the morning time is exceptional! And I believe the lady who’s there in the mornings is usually by herself. But whenever I’ve gone in the afternoon lately, the quality of the food is horrible. Now I get mozzarella sticks pretty much anytime I come here so I know how they should look and taste. In the AM they are fresh, hot, and presentable… in the afternoon they might be cold, not done or the cheese has come out of the stick and they are just messy. This is unacceptable. There should be consistency within a restaurant. Customers expect good service and good food especially when they are regulars and Sonic is NOT cheap so then there’s that. Gotta do better!! Please! Vicksburg is already limited on options!
I drove into Sonic to order an unsweetened iced tea with an unsweetened cherry flavored add on.My iced tea was delivered to my car very expeditiously and exactly as I ordered. The Car Hop was super kind and provided excellent service!The iced tea with the crushed ice was delicious and met all my reasons for going to Sonic!
The Sonics has become drive thru only. I ordered a banana shake and a Oreo blast. It took 15 min to receive while at the window. The Oreo blast didn't have whip cream or Oreos on top. When i told them, they put whip cream and cherries on top. They totally forgot the banana shake so it took a while to get them to make it. There appeared to be one person attempting to make drinks while the other was drinking drinks and chatting.

Drive-thru only. Not enough staff to operate outside. Unfortunately this is a problem almost everywhere these days.Staff was super nice !Tuesday night was half price cheeseburgers .
Most of the time it is drive through only. The speaker and microphone for drive through volume is low and the people do not speak clearly.
pulled in at 9:10- they do not close until 10 but yet was met by a rude lady who told us they had just taken their last order and refused to serve us even though they didn’t close for almost an hour. We could hear multiple employees in the back goofing off and cussing through the drive through box. When asked why the girl literally laughed and said “nah we aren’t taking anymore” it was all around such a disappointing and rude experience. If you want good service or even to be treated with human decency.. don’t go here
Food was good and made as ordered BUT......the service is very slow. I've gone at different times on different days of the week and it has been the same each time.
The onion rings tasted rancid so they were thrown away. Missing both applesauce packs from both the kids meals. The last third of the butterfinger blast was only ice cream. Don't go to Sonic; although, I shouldn't be surprised because it's the same sub-standard service as several other places in Vicksburg.
