EVERY time I attempt this location they NEVER have chicken ready. You’ll have to wait 15 minutes AND they are quests out of sides

It was ok just not seasons enough but it was very crisp
I was the only one in line and when I got home my 5 biscuits were not in my order. I didn't get a chance to go back yet. I wish people would do there job.
The lady that took the order was rude. She didn't give us time to speak and she talked so fast that you couldn't understand her.
I love Popeyes, the food is always fresh & the staff is very nice. I'm also recognized every time I go there by the staff.
I love Popeyes and spend my money faithfully at Popeyes. But my sister at the window, was rude as h*ll and she charged me for something they didn’t have and kept my change. Why keep my change because if I was short 42 cent, I’m pretty sure she wasn’t gonna let me slide.
Very rude manager, food was awful, place looked so nasty. Couldn't get a receipt she said I could take a picture dont know how I was suppose to do that couldn't go inside?? This place needs new management

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I have never left a review before but due to the absolute rudeness and the incorrect order, I feel I must leave one. The orders were all wrong, they did not provide napkins, they did not put ice in the drinks, they did not provide the plastic utensil for the mashed potatoes, no straws for the drinks, no condiments, and when I say the order was incorrect, I mean completely. And worst of all, a complete lack of customer service. The lady who took the order was so rude and hateful. I usually try to keep an open mind that people sometimes have a bad day but the lady behaved as if she had something personally against us.
