Food was hot but drive thru attendant was a little rude
These people have a bad attitude toward customers. I go to place my order and I get told rudely to hold. After sitting for over 5 minutes of sitting there waiting for them to respond back, in pouring down rain mind you with your window cracked getting literally soaked just to be able to hear them and they don't respond back, did me in with the new 1. I'll either go to the 1 on Pemberton or I will discontinue eating at Popeyes permanently. Too expensive anyway. I can get a better deal at church's chicken.
Visit to drive thru .....person inside was arguing with approx 4 employees thru drive thru speaker who were out in parking lot behind store. Women inside was yelling at others employees to come back inside and shut back door. I had to wait for this argument to end before woman inside would allow me to order.
How can a business that fries only chicken not have any chicken ready and make customer wait 20 minutes? But the chicken was good
I was do glad they were open for take out. It was close to lunch an they ready for the lunch time.the food was hot and ready.
Worst place ever!! They take my order, I pay money and they say we don’t have so much stuff so we can bring you food, but they don’t give my money back! Service is terrible, after 7-8 calls they finally answer, but the women were so rude, I can even imagine how they can hire people like this!

The sign invites you in for a great deal on chicken then they refuse to sell you that deal at the counter. False and misleading advertising.
Had a big order that was about $256. They had it ready and right on time. So no complaints.
Don't trust the sign. The sign had a family meal offered but when I went inside they said I also had to have a coupon. If I had the coupon why would I need it advertised on the sign? A simple example of bait and switch. Needless to say, I ate elsewhere.
