great service. friendly and pizza was hot and good.
Called at 8:pm. Was hung up on the 1st time. On the 2nd call was then told they Stop delivering. Just checked website they closed at 11 PM for delivery. Called another Pizza Hut down the road, Which is 3 miles away and they can deliver to me. And they had a wonderful attitude. Would not recommend the Pizza Hut that is only 0.7 miles away.
Rude, unhelpful, won't answer the phone after they ask you to hold and you call back. Employee leaning on the pick up counter. Employee kept going outside to talk to someone sitting in a car. You are definitely not a priority and working is not either.
It would have been perfect if I could have had my pizza delivered. I called to see if you were doing deliveries and you said No. We had just checked into our hotel and were tired after driving for 10 hours.
I use to think I didn’t like Pizza Hut I’ve been to several in different states. This is by far the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever had now I get one every week from here and they’re always awesome. They also have really nice staff. Such a small place crazy that they have the best pizza in town
It took over 2hrs for our pizza delivery. While I understand the weather conditions were deteriorating, I was never notified of the delay. The app just said out for delivery for over an 1.5 hrs. Only after I called did they explain why it was delayed. When it arrived, our pizza was cold and not made well.
The Pizza Hut on Clay St is great at cooking delicious pizzas quickly and keeping them warm until we can pick them up. Even with the holidays the employees were friendly and obviously working hard.
The worst pizza I have ever ate. The veggies were burnt and no visible sauce. Could not finish the pie.
Order was correct. Food was very good and deliverer was very nice.
