My Fiance and I decided to try it out for dinner and our experience was amazing! Shanterrica was our server and she was so friendly and polite throughout our entire meal. Her and the managers made sure we had everything we needed and on top of the amazing service, our food was absolutely delicious! The portions are very generous and you definitely get your money's worth. Will definitely recommend to all of our friends staying here at ladyluck
Horrible experience, horrible wait staff, and horrible food! Was brushed off 3 times by waiter to place drink order. Then after ordering the Alfredo, he had to ask kitchen if they had another one left. Made me think it was pre-prepared and they were gonna microwave it. Well, suspicions were true. Then watched food sit at prep station for over 5 minutes before being brought to table. Now I'm patiently waiting and waiting and waiting for somebody to take my dirty plates and bring a ticket. I'll never be back!

The menu is short, the portions are small and the offerings are WAY overpriced. The service was excellent, best I have had in recent memory.
nothing delicious about the so called food here! just Sysco institutional processed frozen meat! i had rather go hungry than to eat this garbage!
I'm not sure why the reviews for this place is not better. My husband and I travel and eat out a lot. I had the special last night which was the filet medallions with shrimp (I got my shrimp grilled and blackened). That was the most tender best flavored steak I have eaten. My grilled asparagus were very flavorful and cooked perfectly. I could not be happier with my meal. I live in the Florida coast and the shrimp were better than what is served at most of our gulf front restaurants. I'll be traveling back through that area soon and that will definitely be were I eat. It's not the fanciest casino but the food rocks. If you sign up for a free gaming rewards card you will get 5.00 off your meal. We were told we would get 10.00 off from the gal at the sign up desk but it was only 5.00; but we were so happy with our meals we would have paid full price and never complained. My husband's mac n cheese was out of this world as well.
Stopped in on vacation and had the ribeye steak, loaded potato, salad and fried okra. Excellent. Wait staff was prompt.
The first night I stayed at Lady Luck, I ate at Otis and Henry's. I ordered the catfish platter which was very good. The bread was so so, but the catfish was great. The portion size was also good. Everything was quick, and the waitress was efficient; though she seemed more interested in a male visitor than in my visit. Some of the prices were okay, but if you want something like steak or ribs, it's going to cost you what it would at a nice steakhouse. I would recommend you wait to use points to pay so you can get a discount or money off. Overall though, good food and value.
