I have free sandwich meal with any door dash order for the next couple days. What do you know ....they turned off their ability to accept door dash orders. Then said that it was door dash, not them that did it. After I contacted doordash and they confirmed that Mcdonalds had chosen to "pause" doordash orders I called back to MD and was told she would look into it when the main manager gets there cause she (manager) doesn't know how this happened or how to fix it. Well I have to say I find this all very sus. Highly dissatisfied . About 20 minutes after this post i was able to place my order.
Whoever is taking orders bd payment needs to go home or find a new job. Doesn’t read the Oder back. Doesn’t tell you to pull around to pay, she didn’t even give my change back, she just rang it up that I gave her exact change. Took her forever just to take my money. All you have is one job lady!
I went inside of McDonald's and I were waiting at the Cash Register for I know about 5 minutes before Someone finally came up their to take My Order I DIDN'T LIKE THAT NOT AT ALL
If you have the new items on the menu and you order it then they tell you sorry we ain't doing it here then take it off the sign
Nasty on the speaker rushing me to make my order and food was not right and cold
There is one older lady who works at this location, and everytime she gives me my food and drink she doesn't give me a straw. I finally asked her today if there were straws in the bag when I got curbside pickup- she said, "I don't know." Sounding angry. I looked and asked if she'd bring me some straws, she turned away and walked back inside. I waited 5 minutes and then we got them ourselves. This woman NEVER gives straws. We talked to the manager (I guess, she wore a blue shirt), and she didn't have much to say and didn't seem to care.Do better! I wish the owner were there, he would care.
The drive-thru at this McDonald's moves at the Speed of Light, or at least very close to it! I'm so impressed! The attendant's were super nice, and my order was perfect.
Service was slow, but we did ask for specialty items.
