The ribs itself were good but the sauce is terrible and nobody likes a rib without sauce so if you plan on stopping here bring some of your own sauce or just find a restaurant that has good sauce because this is by far the worst bbq sauce I have ever had the displeasure of tasting
Ordered a pulled pork sandwich....cost $7. Asked what came with it. She said nothing, but here are some sides you can order. So i ordered a side. $3ish. Plate came back with a regular sized sandwich...mothing fancy. Fries, didnt care too much for them. Overall it was just ok
I asked the waitress if the pork on the sandwich was sliced or pulled. She said it was pulled and chopped…that the meat just fell apart. NOT! She lied. The pork was sliced and it was tough enough to dislodge my dentures. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

The name of the restaurant is Goldie’s Trail Bar-B-Que so you would expect smokehouse quality meats. What you get is something that tastes like it was delivered about two weeks ago by a food vendor. Literally the worst meal I have had in my near recollection. The saving grace was our server was nice. Do yourself a favor - drive on.
The food is always good and so is the service. They try to make you feel at home
Great service and good BBQ. Littlr different take on the pork sandwich but greatly composed and awesome flavor.
They have a very stong homemade bbq sauce it's not for everybody.the customer service was great just didnt care for the sauce potato salad was great
Great food and friendly staff
Great Catfish at a BBQ Restaurant??? I didn’t even know they offered fried catfish on the menu. But since I was craving something different, I ordered the fried catfish basket with onion rings as the side. The onion rings were perfect as usual, but the fried catfish was the best I’ve had in Vicksburg. Not only was the Mississippi Delta catfish fresh and cooked perfectly, there was zero mixed flavors that you usually experience when the same oil is used for catfish, shrimp, oysters, fries, etc. If you want the best fried catfish in Vicksburg, give Goldies Trail BBQ a try.
