I really wish I could give them 0 stars! They don't not use gloves when preparing food and you can see them touching everything including the register without washing their hands. I had to tell someone to wash there hands and they got offended. On two different occasions I ordered 2 pizzas which was only supposed to take 20 mins to be delivered according to the pizza tracker and it was over an hour b4 my order was even put in the oven! I called 8 times and was left on hold for 10 mins each time! I even called ahead of time to see if a delivery person was there to make sure I wouldn't be waiting like I did before. No one called or undated me as to why it took over an hour for my pizza to be placed in the oven when the tracker told me it would be delivered in 21 mins. I will be ordering only from Pizza Hut from now on because the domino's in vicksburg is sad!
They suck wont answer phone , they won’t allow you to choose delivery. So you try and call and then they don’t answer. The worst place ever to order pizza
Domino's has the best pizza but this was the worst experience ever in any food place Ive been to. My daughter ordered a pizza close 430-530 to have ready at 7. I get there and they couldn't find the order placed online. Not just my order but other customers as well. To make a long story short after constantly asking about the order I was told 2 different stories. I made it there at 7:10 and still at 745 no order which was placed 2-3 hours ahead of time..There were several customers waiting at least 30 minutes and no one acknowledged anyone . There was no management taking charge of the back up orders nor saying anything or greetings customers. Staff looked confused and again no manager was taking charge . I ended up canceling my order .. I was very disappointed.
Don't deliver on app is all I ever see, call to confirm this and no one answers for over ten minutes, call corporate they hang up after 7 minutes, so 20 minutes of my life was wasted do I think anyone cares no but if you do ,do something please I'm sick of this just shutdown the store because if you don't answer ,you don't have drivers, and corporate doesn't give two shts what the point.
My pizza wasnt sliced, and they arent delivering. But everything else was good.
The staff @ Domino's is usually very friendly. But on the other hand, it seems to take a very long time for someone to answer the phone if you want to place an order, and then the usually friendly staff aren't as friendly. I have been using the Domino's App to place my orders & I have only had one occasion when there was an order that wasn't correct or on time. So overall, ive been pleased with the Domino's Pizza in Vicksburg, MS!
Ordering from this location is a joke. My order was canceled by them a half an hour after ordering. I called several times to find out what was going on and I was hung up on. Finally, I was able to speak to someone and was told that they had no drivers for delivery. I got upset with that answer and then was told that they don't deliver in the rain. I spoke with a Cory. I than asked what about my coupon that I used (my point) for a free pizza and I was told that it should still be there, which it isn't. This is the second city I have ordered from Domino's and the customer service fell completely short of expectation. I couldn't even get the courtesy of a call to explain to me what was going on. This will be that last time i order from Domino's. This location is bad bad news and don't give too hoots about their customers. Be careful ordering from them.
The pizza is good but beware about the garlic butter option for the crust! Don't do that unless you really really love garlic.
Pizza was ok but service was horrible. I ordered and paid online requesting curb side pickup. After the timeline jumped from preparing to ready I went to the store and used their app to tell them I was there. They advertise they will bring your order to the car within two minutes or you get a free pizza next order. After two minutes and no pizza I received an email for a free pizza. After 10 minutes and no pizza I clicked the app button to remind the manager I was there. After 20 minutes I went into the store. After waiting on line I told the manager I had been waiting for over 20 minutes for curbside service. The manager calmly said they didn't have anyone to deliver curbside. Imagine that. I stopped buying from this Dominos previously due to similar issues.
Y'all about to hear a world of hurt from me. We ordered pizza around 8 o'clock on Friday 16th. It is the 25th. We waited over 2 hours only for y'all to cancel our order last minute and never refund us 36 dollars.
