Just left DQ and I am immensely dissatisfied. Cold and old fries, old and thick gravy and plain sundae when I asked for chocolate and I paid $7.70. So disgruntle right now !!!
Worst blizzard I have ever had. Did not mix it. All the toppings were on the top. Did not even get the correct order. Seemed more interested in getting you out of there than they were about getting your order right.
It has been awhile since I returned due to them serving me a banana split with rotten bananas. I drove home and brought it back to show them. This was about a year ago. A few days ago I got another and bananas still were old. My advice is throw away the bananas when they start to turn, it tastes different when your eating them with ice cream. I will not return again.
Went to return my burger because it had cheese and I asked for no cheese and the big bih at the window caught a attitude with me because I told her it wasn’t right. Then she sent some guy outside and he approached me like “here you go my n*gga” and it still wasn’t right. The burger was slapped down with mayonnaise (which I told them no mayonnaise “ and way too much ketchup and half cooked bacon. MOST DEF WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DAIRY QUEEN IN VICKSBURG MISSISSIPPI.
So disappointed. Other DQ around the country have been awesome. What they served here should be an embarassment to the owner and managers. The burgers were severely microwaved to the point the buns were shriveled with hard edges. We ordered large cheese curds and it wasn't a true large like everywhere else we've had them. The sodas and fries were OK. Won't be back.
While the food was acceptable, the 'service' was so awful I cannot even begin to describe the nightmare of trying to order, then correct the order, then inform the 'staff' that the order was wrong & missing a burger. The people 'working' there who I had to deal with were unhelpful, ignorant and blatantly rude. Needless to say, I will NEVER go there again. I highly recommend others to avoid this poorly run establishment.
Very nice and good food and fast service
Bought a salad there with the rotisserie chicken and I ordered extra chicken they charged 4$ for extra chicken I spent 12$ and there wasn’t extra chicken and the salad didn’t taste fresh. It went straight in the garbage!
No one can beat Dairy Queen when it comes to ice cream and milk shakes. The clerk gave me a tall spoon for my chocolate shake and I didn’t even ask for it. She knew what I wanted!
Love this place, dipped cones are wonderful.
