Ordered Family MealAlong with a lot ofSpecific sides but had a mistake in the order that was realized after getting home . Big Thank you to wonderful management and staff on trying to correct and rectify the situation. Thanks for listening and great customer service .
The service I received about my order was very unprofessional as the manager was not clear about my complaints about the batter dipped. She did not apologize to me that they had changed the batter dipped fish. So she said this what the warehouse sent them. So very sad. I would give them a zero on the is review if I could.
The food was hot and delicious. I rated them a 3 star because on the menu board the catfish meal is $10.99 with 3 sides. I get my total and it was $14. So I was trying to figure out how did it go from 10.99 to 14 with tax. I get my receipt and they charged me $.50 for the 2 sides. This meal didn't come with a drink either. The young lady tells me the price went up on the meal. I can understand that, but why not change the price on the menu board or state that as the customer is ordering. If the meal comes with 3 sides, why charge for the other 2 sides. She couldn't tell me what the actual price of the meal was or the difference in the inflation.
I would have rated 5 stars except the cashier wasn't friendly. To the point and no smile. Some people just aren't a people person. That can really hurt your business. 3/27/22 Vicksburg Ms. 12:15 p.m.
i took it back because this is horrible, all them crumbs over my plate like really ? and i asked for ranch literally didn’t put it in the bag !
I really enjoyed my visit here the food was hot and delicious. It also arrived fast and the manager Jaquanda Hill was very professional and welcoming ? made me feel at home. I definitely will be going back!

It was good. The internet showed the Pemberton store in Vicksburg MS as temporary closed but it was actually open.
The fried whitefish is my favorite. It is not greasy or oily and it's a very large piece of fish. It has a good flavor and the breading is not too thick or thin, it's just right.
