Should be zero star review. Made online order prior to 8pm. Said order would be ready at 8:07pm. Website says open till 11pm. Got to location right at 8pm. Was told sorry we are closed. Asked for refund, said they couldn't provide because it was an online order. Left hungry and without my money. Will never return to a bumpers drive in again. Thanks
Outdated machines and equipment. Understaffed. The only person there still treated us with exceptional service. Will visit again.
The place could do with a little fresh paint but it does add too the vintage look of the place. Food is still good and the service is pretty good as well.
The food was extremely too hard will not be going back lately every time I get food it’s fried extremely too hard. I jus wasted 30 dollars?
Horrible customer service!!!!!!! Lie about what they don’t have in stock because they are to lazy to cook it!!!!! Please hire ppl who is excited about coming to work and actually want to work!!!!!
No longer serves cheesesticks despite them still being listed on both the online menu and on their stall display menus, were out of mustard packets for my hotdog, and they're having to manually enter orders and card transactions. I don't know where something is going wrong with this location to cause issues with inventory AND functionality, but it's not comparable to my experience at any other Bumpers location.
