Drinks and small plates made a fine dinner. Poutine was luscious and plentiful and fried green tomatoes with crawfish dip was a meal in itself. Wait for a table was 20-30 minutes so we ate at the bar. Perfectly fine. Bartender pleasant and very accommodating. Despite extreme heat large misting fans kept us comfortable. View over the mighty Mississippi is outstanding. Highly recommend.
Enjoyed a lovely seat for drinks and dinner overlooking the Mississippi River from the rooftop of a historic building in old Vicksburg. Sipping cocktails and watching the sunset in an open airy location was delightful. The service was great-the recommendation of the pork chop with tomato jam was spot on.
From out of town came for Mother’s Day with my wife. Full disclosure they over cooked my filet. It was still tender and had a great flame grilled flavor. I finished the 7 oz portion in no time flat. The crawfish cream sauce for the potatoes were a little on the salty side for people used to northern style cooking. For me the whole meal was about perfect.
This is not only a wonderful place to look out over the River and the city of Vicksburg, but all of the food is delicious. The chef has put a twist on many of the old Southern favorites that everyone knows and they are wonderful!
Gross. Filthy. Greasy fried fast food at twice the price. Sticky tables on wobbly chairs. Maybe on a cool evening a quick beer before you go somewhere else to eat.
My fiancé and I took a little getaway to a B&B near Vicksburg and a friend recommended 10 South. I am so happy we went. The atmosphere was great and the food was really good. We watched the sun set over the Mississippi River and it was gorgeous. The service was fantastic and I will definitely be coming back.
Fa radix meal in stunning 10th floor rooftop restaurant. Food was top notch, we had Rib eye steak and Catfish plus Nutella cheesecake and cocktails. All delicious freshly made to a high standard. Service from Taylor was excellent, just the right amount of attention, extremely polite and helpful. And then the views from the restaurant! stunning at sunset. Best place we have visited so far in our Deep South road trip.
Food was amazing, service was great, atmosphere and views are one of a kind. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Seating is limited so plan accordingly.
It was a beautiful early evening for our visit. The wind was blowing gently so the windows were open. Views were fabulous. Had a short 10 minute wait for a table at 6:00 on a Friday. The pretzels and mustard dipping sauce are out of this world good. My husband had the salmon (which also uses the mustard seasoning) and I had their famous chicken sandwich. Very enjoyable visit.
The food was really good. The view was great. Our waiter was very friendly. My 10 year old niece left her phone at the restaurant and a staff member was able to find me two blocks away to give it back. I appreciate them going the extra mile.
