They don't listen and they always mess up my orders.
Zaxbys seems to come through with good food ?. They used to have really good shakes. But they changed their recipes and the shakes aren't near as quality they used to be. I'll go back but no shakes for me. What a waste!
I hope I have finally learned my lesson and will stay away from the Tupelo Zaxby's for a while. I have been burned far too many times. This is not the first, second, or even third time I have not received all of my purchase or some other issue with this restaurant. Tonight I placed an app order. I left the restaurant without checking each container. That is on me. I got all the way home to find that I only received three "fingerz" in the meal instead of the six that I ordered and paid for. I called the restaurant. They said I could come back and get the three other "fingerz". I was not spending 20 more minutes and gas to drive right back. I told them I would be back sometime this week. They did not even offer a correct full meal replacement. We discussed it. They said I would only receive the three they owed me. This is very poor service recovery!! I'm sick of ordering on apps, for "convenience", and being ripped off. You've already paid. They have your money, but you do not get the service or good you purchased!?
Dine is was closed due to COVID. Very long line, took a long time for the line to move. Grilled sandwich was okay but the tomatoes were soured. Tenders were pretty good, reminded me of KFC. Fries were eatable, but not great. Zaxby's sauce is not for me, too sour and my mother couldn't eat it (egg allergies). They said it would be extra for anything different sauce wise. Won't stop here next time I go through town.
No dine in was closed 4/19/22. Are we still living under the Covid rock? Are we short on help? Went up the street to the competition and they had neither problem. Likely won’t waste my time stopping next time.
Do not go to Zaxby's in Tupelo behind rock and roll sushi because let me tell you it was disgusting they were downright rude!! The young lady took something back through the window even though due to covid regulations you are not allowed to do that. I got some fried mushrooms and let me tell you their oil needs to be changed out. The fries were barely done they taste like they were baked instead of fried I'm downright disgusted with the way we were treated. Zaxby's do better!!
Given the wrong order twice and over charged, cashier acted like my asking for my food to be prepared fresh was unheard of..
My husband and I visited this location. We ordered a Grilled chicken meal and a 5 finger meal with extra fries. After pulling off from the window my husband opens his 5 finger box and we noticed there was absolutely no chicken in the box. We pulled around to try and go in, as the line had done got long and we had places to be, only to find out the door was locked. We then proceeded to pull around to a parking space and call. When the lady brought the chicken out she said, “ They said you got extra fries.” My husband said,” I did, but what does that have to do with tbere being no chicken in there?” The lady then went on to say,”Well they said there was chicken in there.” My husband, at this point was frustrated from basically being called a liar. Just refused the chicken completely. We have no reason to lie about having no chicken. I’m not sure who owns the establishment, but I hope you can find better help who A-take the time to make sure they are sending out the correct product, and B-Grown enough to take responsibility when they make a mistake. This is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. My husband and I both work where we deal with the public and we would never call someone a liar. I’m not sure if you have cameras, but I’d love for the owner to go back and watch them NOT put any chicken on that plate. We would love to actually speak to the owner here
This has to be the worst customer Baer I’ve of any store I’ve visited. NEVER have one tea or the other because their too lazy to make it. All for the larger size and they try to short change the size. Caines will be such a blessing. The hell does not care about Customer Service and he’s only there for a minimum wage job
Definitely will not be back.. Way too expensive for what they offer.. also the Lady who was working drive-through is incredibly rude. We ordered two chicken strip combos I asked for three packs of ranch sauce at the speaker.. when we get our food I ask if the ranch sauce was in the bag…she tells me she has put Zaxby sauce in the bag and that she will have to charge me for ranch.. Well we ordered chicken strips as part of our order and I also requested ranch at the speaker.. she refused to give us any and she also lied we had zero Zaxby sauce in our bag. Would not recommend.
