Visiting here, April 29th. Ordered food and got back to my hotel room and staff had given me the wrong food. I immediately went back and the manager was at the window. I explained to him what happened. The manager prepared me the most fresh, hottest, hamburger ever and gave me complimentary fries. I didn’t get his name but he was a middle aged black guy I think. He seemed very sincere about making me happy and ensuring that my order was correct. He apologized as well. That is how customer service is done!!!
Customer service was great. However, I ordered and paid for a Bourbon double but received a Dave’s single. I didn’t see it until I got home and live too far to go back. Please make sure to check food before leaving.
I ordered the new sandwich cause they got rid of my jalapeno popper sandwich I loved that sandwich so I went ahead and tried the new one but when we got home to Mantachie they gave me a double cheese burger.... That upset me I couldn't go back it's a 25 min drive. I hate when we drive a ways and end up not have the correct sandwich we always check the number of sandwich and fries but I shouldn't have to open every sandwich to make sure I have to right one...
Order was placed, staff was rude, when we got the sandwiches and drinks it was like they used a ramrod to pack the ice into the cup. Glaciers have less dense ice, maybe 2 ounces of liquid in a 20 ounce cup.

They are only taking one order at a time. We waited in line at the drive-thru for 30 minutes. Why? B/c we were stuck and couldn't get out of line! I'm hoping the food is ok.
These guys were busy in the drive thru, and I had a large, somewhat-complicated order. Food was fresh and order was 100% accurate. Well done!
Basic fast food but good customer service
Typical, great Wendy's. Fast, accurate, tasty. Best chain imo.
It was ok...fries were luke warm as well as the burger. It would be better if the dining room was open because when you have an issue with your order no one wants to have to go and sit back through the drive thru again and when you do the employees are rude.
