I went to Wendy’s on 06/10/22 the drive threw sat there ova 10 minutes before I even ordered…. Another 5 minutes pass by I get to the window only to see the staff gossiping and laughing I paid almost $20.00 for a salad missing items off it had pay full price no sauce are plastic wear straws for the complete order the food was awful I will not ever go back to Wendy’s customer service was very negative experience??????
The food was good enough, but we were travelling through, and we were looking for a place to sit down inside. We chose here because the signs said the dining room was open. (have you ever fed a toddler food in a vehicle!?) Well, it was drive through only, and we ended up eating in the parking lot. Disappointed in that aspect, but today, I guess I'm just glad a place has enough people to be open.
Lately after several attempts in the last 6 months we have experienced horrible and rude customer service, frosty machine out of order 8 out 10 times and tonight there was no ice. When my husband got home with his dinner the large fries were only half full. We are done with the west main, Tupelo, MS location. We will try another one.
Listen folks! The staff at this Wendy’s is awesome! In an area where all the other fast food places have signs up that say “come on in” only to have the door locked…these folks welcomed us in and provided the best service with quality dependable Wendy’s burgers and more. We were blessed by them tonight and highly recommend this Wendy’s!!!
They forgot the man's drink in front of us. He came back arnd and yelled thru open window he was missing it. (Location lobby not open \\u0026 drive thru has a barrier ) the lady took his drink out and with the window open the over weight very rude manager reemed her for taking his drink out. Didn't care we heard it all. I swear quality has went down the drain in today society. Makes me sick to witness a manager getting on to an employee for correcting an issue.
I got take out and every time it’s always fresh and hot and the service is friendly. You can tell they change their grease out on a regular basis.
Food was good the girl at the window was rude the drink was bad ask for another one we are out no orange no coke Sprite was bad finally got a dr pepper pulled out no spoon had to walk around to the drive through window because the lobby was closed
I'm not the biggest fan of wendys but my hamburgers were cold, which instantly made me not hungry.
This Wendy's is likely the victim of the current problems with getting supplied for one, thing,. I'd add to that managerial neglect, and shortage of workers. How else to explain rudeness, and craziness like finding our when you make it to the ordering board that it's lunch, not the breakfast you were waiting for in a long line? More than once? And being told, with attitude, that they end breakfast whenever they run out? And, no, they wouldn't tell me anything about what time that might be happening? OK. I don't need or want to be irritated with overworked workers just because they don't like me asking questions and close that little window in my face - hard! Wow. Yeah. I get it!
Meat patties were dry. But in fairness, I went at 9:30 on a Thursday. Price seemed fair.
