Stopped in here for dinner while in Tupelo. Very busy so we ordered a pizza to go. Grabbed a local beer while waiting and enjoyed the atmosphere out front. Order was up quick and the pizza was very good.

I came here to eat for Father’s Day and had a great time. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by staff with plenty of smiles and greetings. The owner came up and introduced himself and was very friendly as well. The food was amazing and is quite possibly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend anyone to try this place out. Not only do you get great food but the staff makes it feel very welcoming and feel like family. I’ll definitely be coming back!

AWESOME PLACE!! Funky artwork on the walls, delicious salad, fried cheese, and I highly recommend the Master Peace Pizza!! Even Mr. Vanelli himself came to our table to see if everyone was happy!! We will definitely come back when passing through town!!??

My little lunch partner and I popped in for a quick bite before getting haircuts today in downtown Tupelo. She had never tried Vanelli's and I hadn't been since it was on N Gloster. The Bistro is much smaller and the art and tvs are a little wacky, but we loved it. Definitely a more downtown vibe than what I expected. The one thing that was still on point...the pizza. We had pita pizzas that were a perfect individual size for 7.50 and 8.50. She opted for a cheese pizza and I had the Grecian, both with extra sauce. We were beyond pleased and neither of us could finish our whole serving. The young man working the register was extremely friendly and polite, and it started off our visit on a pleasant note. You seat yourself, order at the register and make your own drink. The tables were full and continued to turn over throughout our stay even though it was after 2:00. It will be put on our lunch rotation for sure.

Wow. The pizza and cheese sticks were awesome. The pizza looked like a masterpiece.

First of all I’ll start by saying I’m not a fan of chain restaurants..we were in Tupelo shopping and to eat at a restaurant we’ve never eaten at yea it’s Italian on main and no I’m not fancy like Italian!!generally me it’s the norm pizza, spaghetti,no fancy like..well the other restaurant was closed and I’m glad because I was dreading it!!so we walk down the street and found this (GEM) I don’t care about service I don’t care about fancy I don’t care about price as long as food is good and clean..and I had Italian sandwich my wife had Stromboli and to this minute it’s the best we ever had.my kinda place when they say beer is over there pick out what you like and enjoy..now this place might be the best in Tupelo idk but when we talk about going out to dinner Italian is usually never gets brought up..but for us we like off the beaten path cafe restaurant that specializes in something..like not chain restaurant type pizza steak hamburger etc..but my next trip to Tupelo to eat will be vanelli’s..nope I don’t know the owner manager and could actually care less as long as they keep putting out good food…

The pizza and lasagna were very good. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was good and the staff were very kind to us. From today this place is my favorite. I will be back here soon.

Went in for supper on a Thursday evening. The place is small but it wasn’t crowded. Has a good selection of bottled beers. We had some cheese sticks with pepperoni and also ordered some fettuccine with marinara sauce it was all very good! The service was great and the food came quick. Will definitely be back!

Very good pizza. Cheese stick pizza was awesome. Awesome atmosphere.

Great food in a fun friendly atmosphere. You have to meet Voz Vanelli the owner. He really knows how to make you feel welcomed. We just popped in for a bite to eat and left with so much more including a new impression of Tupelo. We are definitely going to stop again when we are in this neck of the woods.
