We go out of our way, literally, to find good coffee. So on our latest family vacation, we detoured through Tupelo just to test the coffee here.First, cool off the beaten path location but obviously a local mainstay as it serves as co-working spaces as well (good sign)Second, the juice…they fresh roast their own beans and we tried a latte, an americano, and double shot espresso…all perfection.
While on the road and searching for local roasters, I came across Tupelo River Coffee. And discovered another great cup of coffee in Mississippi...The shop is cute. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. And the coffee, great. I had a pour-over that was absolutely perfect and grabbed a bag of the Papua New Guinea beans to take home to DC with me.Also found a pretty cool co-working space tucked in the back of the coffee shop, so if you're on the road and need a place to work for the day check it out.
My favs here are what I can grab and make at the house. We buy their whole beans and grind fresh daily for our morning brew. Always fresh and the flavors are unique. I never knew coffee could have overtures of citrus and flowers! Almost tea like. So yum. I have to grab a box of the k-cups whenever I go to TN to visit my mom as I now have her spoiled on what she calls “the good stuff”. And if Ya’ll want a good pick me up…get the canned cold brew!! Mix one of those with some sweet oat milk and whatever chores, errands, sport, kid chasing, whatever you need to get done you will get it done with gusto and it tastes great…super smooth.

Wow this place is super trendy on the inside, cool stories from the lady that made my coffee. Had a sparkling water to improve my mood. Ordered the Vietnamese Pour Coffee; it’s so good, and smooth. She told me that the owner roasts the coffee himself. That’s why this place so awesome: passionate people.
Best coffee in North MS. And it’s roasted locally too! You’ve got to try their grab and go canned cold brew! The coffee shop is so modern and perfect place to get some work done.
If you really care about quality coffee, Tupelo River is where it's at. These people channel all of their love into finding the highest flavor coffee beans, roasting it to perfection, and then serving it with style. One sip of my cappuccino, and if I close my eyes, I'm transported on a mini personal vacation back to a favorite cafe in Italy. If you're looking for a coffee flavored milkshake, you'll probably want to go somewhere else. If you're looking for truly exceptional coffee, this is the place to come.

This morning was my first time visiting I will definitely be back! The barista was very helpful and suggested London fog because I couldn’t decide between coffee or tea! It was really good the drink was gone way before I finished drawing on the cup!
