We have always had a great experience here with good food and great service!

Great service and fun atmosphere! Great waiter !

Food is always delicious. Servers are very accommodating Today our server, Amanda was awesome!

Ordered online- bone in ribeye, buttered corn and seasoned rice.Requested for sides to be left outside of the to go plate and as pictured, did not receive that. The steak and sides were bland. Bread tasted better than everything I ordered.Would not recommend Tupelo location.

Went on a Saturday evening at 5pm. We had a 30 minute wait, which was expected. After being seated, order was quickly taken but took about 45 minutes to get to the table. We had to ask about our meal because it took so long. It arrived missing the side dish. When asked to cut my steak to show server it was properly cooked I had NO SILVERWARE. Ugh!Every Texas Roadhouse is SO NOISY my ears ache after 30 minutes. Since we rarely eat here, I forgot to bring my earplugs. Oh well, my bad.The kids rock garden out front was cute. Too bad the paint on the sign was so faded out. Someone should freshen it up or remove it.

3 of my friends an I ate there tonight. Food was super great. Will be back. Steak was superb.

i asked for a MEDIUM RARE steak. i paid $35 for this mug. IT WAS RED AND SITTING IN A POOL OF BLOOD. might as well just have bitten into the cow itself. that mug came out MOOING. IT STILL HAD GRASS IN ITS MOUTH. ITS NAME WAS LITERALLY JAYDEN SMITH. ugh. i told the waiter and demanded a new steak and he told me that i look like tony (picture attached below). i will never be back. outback steakhouse is better anyways. i can’t believe this. i’m so dumbfounded. btw my waiter was Micheal Jayden Smith. #freemelly

I don't think I've ever received bad food from here. It's usually delicious. However, I think this location has new management. And today's visit to curbside service was the absolute worst I've ever seen. I had to go inside twice to check on my food. But that wasn't the issue. I really didn't mind if the staff had acted in a professional, courteous manner. Instead of using good customer service skills, the girl waiting on me puffed her chest out, threw her hair back, and strutted across the floor where she tossed a few rolls in a to-go box before stopping to flirt and visit with another employee while I continued waiting. Her entire demeanor was demonstrative of not only a lack of training on how to present yourself to customers but also a total failure somehow in her upbringing. Defiant, racist, and an attitude that just "dared" me to complain about anything---regardless of whether or not my dissatisfaction was justified. I love the food, Texas Roadhouse, but I'll skip the negative experience and spend a little more money next time in Downtown Tupelo.

We visited Texas Roadhouse on a Sunday thinking that at 3 pm we would not have a long wait. Bad idea. They said 35-40 minutes but it took an hour. We were surprised that half the tables were vacant but apparently they can’t get enough staff. The visit was not terrible because our server was very good and our food was out quickly and it was all very good. Overall I was pleased with our visit but the long wait was unexpected.

Waited in the bar over 15 mins to get waited on bartender to busy talking to his friends to wait on any one.
