I was raised on tacos. Homemade, street and commercial stuff that passes as tacos in the last 40 years. As funny as that sounds, I say that to point out I know my way around Mexican food. And this isn’t it.What I got was a pile of greasy, slimy, soggy undercooked tortillas with SOME type of meat slapped in between that left a layer of oil at the bottom of the To-Go trays. I should have photographed the gunk to post.I couldn’t even enjoy the aguas frescas drinks I purchased. The horchata and melon was so diluted, I wonder if they were debating refilling the containers since it was the end of the day and simply topped what little they had left with water to my cups to save on cost.I’m hardly convinced the 5 Star ⭐️ ratings on here understand the concept of a real Mexican plate. I will be willing to accept the possibility I got a trash plate out of mistake, as every restaurant has off-days and serve a bad meal. If that’s the case so be it, I still got a puddle of oil on uncooked tortillas with mystery meat and watered down sweet drinks. And I paid for that. NOT recommend even for a second try. Straight up disgusting experience.
