I ordered online. The food was cold when I got there. Besides the soft taco. Because they did not put it in there. The only lady that had a smile on her face barely spoke English. Everyone else was rude. The manager was the worst out of the bunch. Why be in a place you deal with customers if you are gonna be rude or if you have more bad days than good. I wish I could have been an undercover customer. Then fired her. That is 2 places in one day I experienced this. In the same city. This is fast food these days.
Everytime i come its a 30 minute wait for the drivethrough at least good food slow service

Person taking order couldn't understand English could not get an order of 5 tacos 2 chic 4 beef straight. After lengthy delay got help from back. Tables not cleaned but watched employee sit down at one and eat her lunch

it’s always good and fresh food in this location, I rated four stars because most of Taco Bell meals a little small for the price
