600 South Gloster Tupelo has some of the most Rudest Nasty workers that I have ever came across. I asked for a straw for my drink and the young lady rolled her eyes and threw the straw which fell on the ground & when I asked for a manager she proceeded to flip me off! The manager was just as bad as the worker. I asked for her name & the employee name, she wouldn’t tell me her name nor the employee name. She said I got her and that was it. I’m like where is the real manager and if that was her she needs to be fired!! Horrible customer and very unprofessional environment. I called corporate & I’m awaiting a call bck.
Waited forever in drive thru. Got to the speaker and the woman said their computers were locked up.Probably should use something other than Windows you dumb dopes, it just cost you a whole line of business just to suck up to Bill Gates.
Both employees I saw in the drive-thru were rude. They acted like I was an inconvenience for them. I mean, how dare I order food at 12 pm on a Thursday....?
They never get your order right...I mean never!!!!!!! I mean really how hard can it be to read a screen
Tried the breakfast burrito, they were pretty good.
My drive-thru experience was pleasant and speedy. The line was long (as it always seems to be), but the line moved swiftly and I was through the line, paid, and received my food within 5 minutes. Impressive. Both window attendants were nice, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I'm sad that my staple order Nacho Supreme is no longer on the menu leaving me with only the larger, much more expensive Nachos Bell Grande option, but that obviously has nothing to do with this location. My food was hot, the order was correct, and they gave me plenty of napkins and hot sauces.
Great location!! My food is always hot and given in a timely manner, and the staff is friendly and always give me a smile! Always eat here after school most days.
Cinnabon delights 12pk is a must
Try the BEEF Chalupas #6 on the menu (you have to specify beef) best I ever had anywhere.
It was good. Order was correct and service was quick.
