Don’t recommend this place at all. The lobby was closed early in the evening maybe because they were “short staffed”. We waited in the drive through line for almost 30 min with only 5 cars ahead of us. When we finally got to the window, there were 5 employees just all standing around at the window. No one working except the girl taking our money. Then to top off the already negative experience, there was hair in my milkshake. Like how does that even happen?? There was no way I was going back through the drive through line so it went in the trash. Over 1/3 of the cars who pulled in for the drive through left before ordering because they were so slow.
My son and I enjoy eating at the Tupelo location when out together. Our most recent visit we were delighted the lobby was open for dine in, the staff was great, attentive, and friendly. The food was just as expected, wonderful. I favorite the garlic burger.
I would have given 5 stars but only had the drive thru open. Love Steak shake but was tired and didn't want to eat in the car.
Greeted with "Go ahead" at the drive thru speaker, served cold fries, then served hard fries with a blank stare 30 secs later. Maybe it was just a bad day, but definitely not a great experience for me.
Love the shakes. Food is great. Wish they had breakfast like other Steak n Shakes. Very nice employees.
I usually have great hamburger here. Don't care about the shoestring potato's. This this time it all was bad. They gave me a patty with cheese, a piece of lettuce man.Going again I believe all deserve a second chance ?
Food is always great and I just want to thank those that come to work with a positive attitude allowing us patrons to dine in.
Love the hell out of their shakes! I just wish the mobile ordering was available for this location. I'm not sure if it was a glitch? But whether you use the official app or website, this location doesn't come up. It would be a good convenience. Otherwise, top notch food!
Service was bad, no one took my order at the drive through, so I went to the window to place my order. Several other people drove away after waiting to order. Food was good, when I finally got it.
DO NOT EAT HERE!! Wasnt even going to give them 1 star..the menu is on a printed out piece of paper with no listings of what is on the burgers. We arrived on a Sunday at 3:45 PM the door said they didn't close until 5. A girl told us where we should sit but we opted to sitting outside with the weather being nice. Asked if we still would get refills on our drinks she said sure! We get our food.. half the stuff that was supposed to be on our burgers was not, the fries were like they were from earlier this morning, and they locked the doors at 4 so therefore I had to beat on the door to get a refill.. then was given a horrible attitude because I asked for it... this place has horrible service so please go elsewhere and do not waste your money here!
