The staff is friendly and the tea is always sweet but they sometimes get condiments on the food wrong. I am sure any other place is going to have some mishaps but it’s been a couple times for me. The food is good and it seems they keep their grease clean and fresh which is a HUGE thing for me. I’m satisfied and I will continue to give them my business
Did a mobile order, everything tasted weird and looked old. Drinks even tasted weird, had a cherry limeade that just tasted like a cherry slush… no lime, no sprite just cherry slush. My burger tasted like it had spoiled condiments on it. Tator tots cheddar peppers where just ashy brown like they’ve been sitting out for hours and everything was room temp. Never again will I come to this location!
Just disappointed in food we really need a Whataburger in tupelo Mississippi i order a burger with mustard and they made me pay for a whole new burger wow I would have been happy to give them the other burger well like I said we really need a Whataburger here they would put Sonic out of business
Our order for 3 took 18 minutes to come out when it was not busy at all.

Food was cold and dry. They remade it then it was the same. Never going there in Tupelo,Ms again?
On a long road trip, stopped for dinner. Service was terrific and so was the food. Hot and fresh. Staff was great!!! Good job!!!
WORSE FOOD & SERVICE!!! In this order: pull up to order, car pull beside me MAD, I asked is your burger OLD (that’s their signature trademark), he said yes, I placed my order and CLEARLY asked for a fresh burger and was willing to wait, girl said hold on let me till kitchen (like if you don’t request fresh you get old), placed order at 7:21pm, at 7:25-7:30 it said someone start with a D was on her way, so I’m waiting, 7:45pm no order, push red button & no answer, google number & call, Rhonda said “we turned off the buttons to get caught up”, 7:55pm here comes my food, 7:58pm I get home, food is cold and old like as if it had been sitting there since forever forever, I called Rhonda swear she made the burger herself and it was fresh but when I addressed her about the wrapping was cold (should have been warm if the meat was hot), food cold, burger burned, hard and dressed wronged….now she didn’t make the burger she only cooked my meat ?. Then they had the audacity to throw in some fries that were older than the burger ??. Burger was $6.42 and ended up throwing it out. It wasn’t even good enough to give to my fur baby….The Belden location gets worse and worse by the order. The sad part is I don’t think they care because they still continue to serve old food!

I had the nicest carhop who brought out my food. I needed a smile that day and she definitely made my day brighter!!
