This place is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I only come back because it's close to my job and I like sonics food, but y'all have some serious issues here. These people are so slow and so rude. I say in the drive thru for 45 min just for them to be hateful at the window. I worked at Sonic when I was a teenager and it used to be a happy fun place. The drive thru menu is dark as well, good luck ordering after dark. Disgusted!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars this would be it sat at drive through window 15 minutes waiting on milkshake while the employees have cell phones up to there head talking worst sonic in north Mississippi
Went to sonic on south gloster. Order 2 fried chicken sandwich on a toaster bun with extra Mayo. Of course No toaster bread, no extra Mayo, and grease hasn’t been changed. Chicken falling apart. Called and talk to Mya, she said I would need to come back this week to receive my remake. Whom ever the manager, this is unacceptable. I must say Mya was not rude, just un informative
This place has gone down,very poor customer service. I drove into drive thru and their menu board was not lite up, it was completely dark. I drove up to the window and asked them was they taking orders in drive thru, she said yes. I told her that the menu board isnt lite up and I wanted to see what I was ordering as well as the prices. She said that they was taking orders and Im trying to stull explain about the dark menu. I said forgetvit I will order on the side. Okay I ordered and repeated my order twice and the same young lady that was in drive thru window brought my order out and I was still trying to explain to her about the lighting in drive thru but you can tell she didn't have a care in the world. My order was wrong so I told her to keep it I will go somewhere else. I will NEVER go back to that particular Sonic ever!!!!!!!!
My wife picked up dinner that I had ordered using the app. They got one of the burgers wrong, and there were supposed to be 2 ranch sauces and a marinara sauce with the order, one of which I paid extra for. I guess I'm just used to fast food places getting orders wrong so I blew off the fact that my burger was wrong. But when I saw that the sauces were not included, I called the Sonic.
